After staying for two days, the room was cleaned, but the sheets weren't changed (there were still traces of blood from the previous person). The toilet door wouldn't lock. The refrigerator felt like a cupboard, not cold at all.

The hotel's location is actually very strategic. It used to be okay, but things have changed drastically. The bathroom was very dirty and smelly. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, and the staff had to wait for some items to be refilled. I hope things improve in the future.

My main complaints are the shower spraying everywhere, the shower curtain not being long enough, the water flowing into the toilet when showering, and the quality of the breakfast. As a reputable hotel, the shower should at least not leak, and the breakfast should be consistently delicious and refilled promptly.

The hotel is old and neglected. Many of the damages have been left untreated. The walkway in front of the lobby is broken. The bathroom smells. Amenities are minimal. The towels are dull. Many of the power outlets are broken.

An old hotel in a prime location that's poorly maintained. Many amenities are damaged and neglected, such as the asphalt road in front of the lobby peeling, the room only has one power outlet, the central air conditioning is broken, the bathroom smells bad, the lights are dim, etc. A downgrade to a 2-star (budget hotel) would be more appropriate.
