Hidden gem for a family-friendly hotel near Jakarta. The staff was helpful and friendly. Meals were delicious. Hotel facilities were awesome. A great choice for a short escape holiday together with family.

- Friendly hotel staff - Nice atmosphere - The downside: I got a room with an AC that couldn't adjust the temperature, the room was dusty, and there were several nails on the vinyl flooring that were uneven (raised).

this was my second stay, the first one was in 2018 it was very disappointing as i got no clues that the room i booked was the old one that hadn't been renovated, it was on the first floor with the fish-pond like bath tub, i don't recommend you that one, it's like a nightmare, old and dirty. Now for my second stay i book the new room that has been renovated and upgraded, it is on the second floor and non smoking one. it is clean and pretty satisfying. I'm kind of wondering why this hotel has two different levels of cleanliness and taste for the rooms.

A pleasant experience staying here. The hotel area is very spacious. There are various facilities that can be visited when staying here such as a mini zoo, swimming pool, sports area, children's playground, and mini golf. The staff are very friendly from the beginning until check out. For the food, the choices are varied and all taste good except sushi. The minus is the cleanliness of the hotel area which I think is still lacking. Like in the terrace area of the room near the sofa, there is some dirt such as lizard droppings or dead ants that have not been cleaned. The cupboard in the room has a part that is still dusty. The toilet is also an old-fashioned toilet, the bidet is not comfortable and fits well when used. Overall Novotel is still okay with the service, service and price offered. I also want to stay here again next time.

Comfortable, clean hotel environment, good as a place to stay with family

The towel smells, there are spider insects in the folds of the towel when opened.

The hotel atmosphere is really nice, like in Bali, but sadly the glass in the room is a bit less clean, but overall it's good.

The expansive open area yard and the lack of staff makes the hotel facilities dirty because they are full of dead leaves.
