Service is mediocre, if you want to have easier access to the lobby, it's easier to stay in building 1. Breakfast was very plain. Prefer not to have breakfast

This hotel is nice, it's really close to the beach, but this hotel is very greedy, where a 10 year old child is charged even though they don't add an extra bed or anything... adding an access card requires a deposit of 1000THB... everything is charged hahaha... on the first day there were 3 explosions like bombs which scared me

The staffs are very good. The view of the pool is exactly as in the picture. But the room is very dusty. It is very difficult to sleep. I can hardly move. Until I went to buy medicine to take because I am very allergic. Both my boyfriend and my nephew are allergic. The smell is very musty. It should be improved.

The hotel was okay for the value we paid. On day 1 when we arrived, the room was not ready yet. It smelled moldy, and there wasn't any shaving kit and toothbrush kit provided. I called the reception and requested and waited, but no one delivered them. I made the 2nd call, and they told me the housekeeping had already closed shop. Such simple communication, if they let me know earlier, it would be best.

Facility run down. Bad service. Reception refused to change room even though there is no one else I saw in the hotel premise. Hotel changed 150 for a missing pair of slippers even though it is clearly the cleaners who have taken it while left at the corridor. The hotel is only good for photo taking. The good thing about the hotel is it ' s bed and unit size, which is cosy for extended stay.

Everything was terrific. Great ambience.
