The room cleaning was terrible not enough toilet paper, the shampoo hair conditioner and body wash was empty. Did not restock water for coffee did not was cups or silverware. Not good!

The room was decent, toiletries and towels, & other supplies are sufficient, the only fall back is the bed, it’s super hard for the back, kinda like sleeping on bricks. The staff are really nice though, location wise it’s far from everything, there’s no bus stop or train, you have to take a grab or taxi every time you go out and back to the hotel. There’s no restaurants or eateries nearby, it looks like there’s one but you have to cross a very busy road that doesn’t have a cross walk. Otherwise order from grab food for delivery,

The stay was just okay. Breakfast is very limited and it's a set menu with less quantity. I would not opt for their breakfast as there are many restaurants nearby within walking distance. The pool and nearby beach is lovely. Staff was very kind although they do not replenish room amenities unless asked for

We had the most amazing time. My boyfriend and i went for a romantic week away, we are both vegetarian and pretty quiet people. There wasnt a ton of vegetarian option, because its not as normal in Thailand to be vegetarian (i found), but the kitchen and staff were phenominally accommodating to modifications. We set up their romantic dinner for 2 package, which they agan were incredibly accommodating and they set up an absolutely beautiful heart light display. My boyfriend is now my fiancé, as we got engaged during our romantic dinner on the beach. The rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet. We had an amazing time!!! Neung and the restaurant manager who organized our special evening were extra special for us. PLUS! The beach was right there, beautiful views of the sunrise and the moon.

Staff was great very accommodating. By a very busy highway but back enough from the noise. Scooter recommended as not easy to travel by foot. Restaurant here very pricey. Clean, comfortable space lots of different pool areas. Like the big fridge in the room. Don’t know that I would go back to this area nothing to do with the hotel.

Worst stay in Thailand. I've been all over for 3 weeks in this beautiful country. But this hotel is not how it's advertised. The room smelled foul like sewage. Tried to call front desk for my wifi password and realized the phone didn't work. Front desk sent someone to check and it wasn't plugged in. He found a jack on a different table and it didn't work. He came back 10 min later with another man and they had to pull my bed out to find a jack and that didn't work. At this point I didn't care. It was 12:30 am and I wanted to sleep. I tried to tell them multiple times I didnt want the phone fixed anymore. They kept trying to play with the phone jack while sprawled on my bed. The bed was one of the worst I've had ever. Felt like a plywood sheet. Also my bedside table lamp didn't work because the plug was pulled off the wires. This hotel needs so much work. I asked for a partial refund for my inconvenience and they told me to go through Expedia. Even though I paid the hotel on my cc when I arrived.
