the location is the only reason i stay here several times.

The staff are nice and friendly, but the rooms are for smokers and there are a lot of people smoking there (in the hallway and elevator), so it's not child-friendly.

A very comfortable stay at a very affordable price. Adjacent to the two largest malls in Pekanbaru with plenty of choices of foods and entertainment. Really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel's location is strategic, right next to Living World Mall and across from SKA Mall. The rooms are a bit small but adequate for a good night's sleep. There was one issue: the TV remote didn't work. Breakfast was limited, with only fried noodles/kwetiau (rice noodles), fried rice, white bread, and sliced fruit. Parking is also quite limited.

The hotel staff is very friendly and patient.. Especially when I ask the slightest question, they serve me well.. I hope it always stays like that and doesn't change..

The reception staff is friendly, 👍👍 it's just that the comfort is a bit lacking, it's a bit noisy in the middle of the night, maybe because the partition/wall isn't soundproof so you can hear the people in the next room coming in the middle of the night, it's a bit noisy at bedtime, especially if you bring a baby, it wakes you up, it's worth stopping by again👍☺️☺️
