Stayed with family to watch the 507 concert at Rampal. The hotel is close to the mall. Convenient for kids, as they were safe even after the concert. The soundproofing between rooms is excellent. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the portions are large. Breakfast is varied. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Booked two rooms from two accounts, we contacted them and asked for rooms on the same floor, and they gave us connecting rooms. Amazing! Good job Swiss-Belinn Malang!

First time I stayed in this hotel and loving everything. The location is excellent, close to the mall and this hotel feels lively. The room was great. The only thing is the shower curtain needs to be changed, and hand towels are also needed. Staff was super friendly and helpful 🙏. Other than that, it was amazing! I will definitely be back!!

The room was quite clean, although the sheets were stained, but the bathroom and other items were clean and odorless. Breakfast at the hotel on the first day was available, with a wide selection and variety of dishes. However, on the second day, I repeatedly asked for sausages for my son, but they were still not available, even after three or four requests.

It was very clear that I ordered a new deluxe room through the app, and I was given a deluxe room. Then, after only 20 minutes in the room, my husband and I were about to change when suddenly someone tried to enter the room. My door was locked from the inside, so it couldn't be opened. It turned out that someone wanted to enter my room too. How could the same room number be given to two people? It turned out that the receptionist who gave me the wrong room because I was given a cheaper room type than the one I booked. Since I had already unpacked my clothes, I refused to move. Next time, Miss Receptionist, please carefully read the room type the customer has booked before giving them the room key.

This time, I was in a pretty bad mood. I'd been calling the restaurant since 9:00 a.m. and no one answered. I'd also called the receptionist and been told to call the restaurant directly. Basically, I got a call back at 10:44 a.m. and was told to wait 15-30 minutes for my food, but it actually took an hour. I was in line until 11:50 a.m., when I was about to check out. zkzk
