The location is okay, but it's a bit congested in front of the TP. The only thing missing is the AC in the room, it's really hot...

I loved staying here, from the security staff, the receptionist especially (Mrs. Sri), the housekeeping staff, and the pool attendants were all amazing!! Glad to be back!! The pool is very clean.

If you're visiting here, try to avoid the weekend, as the atmosphere is pleasant, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Furthermore, taking the kids swimming is a real treat, as you won't have to worry about crowds of other guests.

The location is strategic, walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza. You can also enjoy Car-Free Day on Sunday mornings. The evening dining options in front of the hotel are also quite extensive. It's simply top-notch.

Hotel staff from security, reception, restaurant... all are very friendly and welcoming

Overall it was okay, but there were 2 things that I criticized when I came with my family, the staff was not quick to help us to the car to unload and carry our things, and secondly, we arrived at the hotel at 4 pm but the room was not ready, we still had to wait about 45 minutes.

The range of food available for breakfast was absolutely fantastic!! The staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel really lives up to the JW Marriott brand.

The hotel is close to the mall so you can walk, the breakfast is complete and the rooms are spacious.
