Location is excellent as it is linked to the Mid Valley Mega Mall.

I stayed 4 days 3nites n make an effort to go for the breakfast every morning. Variety wise is not that great, Almost the same everyday. it’s just basic and taste also not so good. I only had the porridge everyday with cappuccino. I love the options The roti canai was not prepared fresh. I mean he made sure what he prepared finished and then he will made new ones. When request for a hot roti canai, the chef did not entertained your request. The supervisor I forgot his name, was so kind to assist me as I booked by mistake a standard room where I don’t have space to pray. It was not what I think when looking at the picture during booking on line. Once I put 3 suit case as I traveling with my sister we don’t have space to move. He assisted me for a room changed and I just pay the extra. The room I got was amazing and spacious. Thank you.

Good location, next to Mall..clean room, I really sleep well during my medical check up. Receptionist is friendly and check in/out fast. Breakfast??? Woww superb!!.. you must try.. next will stay here again.

The hotel has a great location, especially for those visiting Mid Valley and The Gardens—both are easily accessible. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. It may take some time to find parking, and don’t forget to validate your TNG for parking during check-out. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Room space is small. cleanliness not too bad at 2.5, but I think got some room for improvement. The advantage is, location is strategic for me in Mid Valley. Other than that, will not make it into my consideration list for hotel stay even for business trips.

Even though there's no breakfast, you can eat around the mall. There are lots of choices, and they open in the morning.

this hotel is very old (around 30 years history?). the mattress and phone has turned yellowish. what shocked us is the shower mixer just broken and dropped to the floor while I in the middle of shower. The water just turned to very little. the only good thing is strategic location as we attending a course at Northpoint Mid Valley for 3 days. the staff is considered responsive, they immediately arranged to change room for us at midnight time. but overall it was not a pleasant stay. do note the parking is not free. RM5 per day. we paid RM20 in total and it is quite hard to locate the lift door at the basement parking area

Very convenient and a lot of variety of food

This is my first time staying at Cititel Mid Valley but I think it will be my go to hotel in Kuala Lumpur from now on. The hotel is strategically located between two train stations--KTM Mid Valley Station and KTM LRT Abdullah Hukum Station--which makes it easy to access from the airport and KL Sentral Station (only 1 from and to KL Sentral). It is also conveniently attached to the Mid Valley Megamall, which is also connected to the Gardens Mall. Plenty of places to go to for foods and, if you're a book lover like me, you will have two amazing choices of bookstore: Popular (at Mid Valley Megamall) and BookXcess (at Gardens Mall). The facilities the hotel offers were clean and pretty well managed. I love that the hotel provides a big glass jar for water inside the room instead of bottled water. You can easily refill your water at any time from the water dispenser available near the elevators. The room also has all the basic amenities you would need for a convenient stay, including a hair dryer, ironing machine and ironing board. The staff were pretty friendly and very helpful. I had an intern from Indonesia helped me checked in when I first arrived and he was very friendly. The other staff who helped me checked out might not be as friendly and smiley, but he was still very helpful and ready to assist when I asked for a direction. Overall, I would definitely want to stay here again for my next KL trip and will definitely recommend this hotel to others. I hope the hotel management can keep up the good work of maintaining the hotel and its facilities.
