It’s a great hotel. Ideal location to KL and PJ. As it’s attached to a shopping mall, there are so many shops to dine in and do window shopping. Everyone is friendly and nothing is too much of trouble. We have stayed here at least 5 times. No mosquitoes and the hotel is well maintained.

Recently stayed at Cititel Mid Valley and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location, with direct access to Mid Valley Megamall and also close to The Gardens Mall, as shopping and dining is very convenient. Making it a great choice for travelers.

This was not my first stay at Cititel Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur, and I keep coming back because of its convenient location. It's a great choice for business trips, with a proper work desk and good lighting in the room. I also appreciate the eco-friendly reusable water bottle and refill station. The only area for improvement is the availability of hot drinking water. Overall, it's a comfortable and reliable hotel that I would stay at again.

Booked a deluxe room and requested for an extra bed. The room is really spacious for 3 people, and I love how this hotel provides a water refill area too. The location is perfect, connected to Mid Valley Mall. Wi-Fi is great, the bathroom and bedroom are clean. With the price given, I couldn’t find a better place than this hotel.

The room is rather small but enough for 2 people and equipped with all useful amenities. One comment on the mirror location that is far from the dressing table and socket points, which makes it difficult for me to get ready with a dryer and iron curler that requires a mirror and socket together. Overall, the location is conveniently connected to Mid Valley shopping mall. No issue with ordering Grab, no need to wait too long.

The air conditioning in the room assigned was not functioning well, as the air blown out was hot. We called reception at 8 PM+. It took about 20 minutes for the maintenance technician to come. He adjusted it and told us to wait for 10 minutes to see how it was. In fact, it was still the same. We called reception again at 10 PM and were informed that maintenance was on the way. So we waited, but they did not turn up. We called again and were only informed that there was no maintenance person at that time. Reception offered us to change rooms. The new room was much better. As a guest, I was thinking, don't the maintenance team need to upkeep each room to ensure all are functioning well? Are they doing their work well? This is just my opinion.

Great location right in the mall. Check-in and check-out no hassle. Room nice and cozy with a comfortable bed. Limited amenities, though. Probably have to request. Breakfast place being renovated, so temporary in the ballroom with limited seatings. Could have provided more tables and chairs, instead of sitting on sofas, which was quite uncomfortable to have breakfast.

The hotel was very comfortable. It was a bit dated, and the rooms were a bit small. But it was clean and close to the Mid Valley mall. Coffee Bean and Oriental Kopi were open in the mall as early as 7 a.m. The Chicken Shop and Nyonya Colors restaurants opened at 8 a.m., making finding food very easy.
