Very comfy here and access to public transport is really top notch

The room was a bit small, and if you have a baby with a cot, the room gets quite congested with limited space. Nevertheless, the bed is still comfortable. I had a room that viewed Nu Sentral, so it wasn't a great lookout for me. Parking will cost you RM8 per day extra, and the breakfast had a variety of food. Quite alright.

The staff was very friendly, and I was very happy to be upgraded to a junior executive room. Getting around was easy, as we were right next to the MRT station, and the swimming pool was great.

We arrived slightly earlier for check-in, they were able to accommodate us and there were rooms already available. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and the checking in process was smooth and pleasant. We had the hotel breakfast, highly recommended. I think it's the best among the top hotels in KL city centre. The variety was great, the quality and the taste was great. The wait staff were efficient. It was a very good experience on both the days. The pool was family-friendly, it had a slide, which was great for families with kids. Overall, an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi code worked well, good enough to stream Netflix and YouTube on multiple devices at the same time. Overall, we would definitely come back again if we have the opportunity to.

I booked a twin-bed room, but upon check-in, it wasn't available and was replaced with a king-size bed. The room smelled a bit, so I complained to the front desk and was given a room on a different floor. This was the first time I'd had such an experience. However, the staff responded politely and offered a good solution.

A 5-star hotel with a strategic location in KL Sentral, the public transportation hub of Kuala Lumpur. Upon check-in, several of my requests were not met. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of doors and mirrors. There was a separate bathtub and shower. Unfortunately, the toilet lacked a bidet, which significantly reduced my comfort. Hotel facilities are located on the 8th floor. There is a fitness center and a large swimming pool connected to the Le Meridien pool. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

Swift check-in and check-out process. The room is spacious. Huge gym and swimming pool. Will stay again.

The hotel with the easiest access to anywhere because it is located near the Central Station, Nu Central Mall, and there are also many places to eat.

Everything is gorgeous: service, room, bathroom, view from the window, service pool at a top level.

The staff is very friendly, the Christmas decorations are very interesting for photos. The price of Hilton in my opinion is still affordable with very good specs. Most likely I will stay here again if I go to Kuala Lumpur again.

Very clean, the staff is okay..

Staying here for 5 days. We stay in King Executive Plus, floor 31, precisely 3126, with stunning lake view. The bathroom is so spacious; My son really enjoyed his time. Teh tarik is the best chosen while having a breakfast at Hilton, meanwhile other food is just so so. The hotel crews were very welcoming us, always smile and help if needed. Thank you for your warm, Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

Strategic location, Good service, Delicious restaurant food. Clean hotel. Complete facilities. Swimming pool and gym. I like it. Suitable for all groups. Couples, families and others. Next time I will stay here again 😇.
