We arrived slightly earlier for check-in, they were able to accommodate us and there were rooms already available. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and the checking in process was smooth and pleasant. We had the hotel breakfast, highly recommended. I think it's the best among the top hotels in KL city centre. The variety was great, the quality and the taste was great. The wait staff were efficient. It was a very good experience on both the days. The pool was family-friendly, it had a slide, which was great for families with kids. Overall, an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi code worked well, good enough to stream Netflix and YouTube on multiple devices at the same time. Overall, we would definitely come back again if we have the opportunity to.

The staff is very friendly, the Christmas decorations are very interesting for photos. The price of Hilton in my opinion is still affordable with very good specs. Most likely I will stay here again if I go to Kuala Lumpur again.

Staff members were friendly but the room wasn’t very well maintained. Tv was too old and blurry colour, fridge door was coming off the hinge, there was water blockage in shower when I used them. It looks like it wasn’t kept in good repair.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to both the KTM and MRT stations via covered walkways. It is also connected to a nearby shopping centre, making it very convenient to get around without worrying about the weather. Highly recommended for its accessibility and convenience.

Over 20 years.... The check-in and out is still at the narrow walkway towards the restaurant and lifts.....time to think of a comfortable checking in experience, don't you think?

Great hotel - beautiful view, really clean, spacious room. Fantastic staff. They organised the cot for the baby etc and the staff were really helpful. Would definitely come again.
