Hilton Kuala Lumpur

Big hotel with direct access to Sentral station so convenient for airport train. Nice pool but surprisingly small hotel bar to socialise in. Good size room for business trip. Mad amount of light switches in room and sliding mirrored wardrobes. Unnecessary

Fabulous hotel in a great location connected to Central Station and Sentral Shopping Mall. Easy walk from airport train through the terminal to the hotel lobby. Wonderful staff, next level service. Everyone we met was polite and helpful. At first glance the room appeared dated, just older style but nicely presented and very clean. The room was huge, very comfortable bed and an ensuite that could be closed off or completely open so you could see the city lights from the bath and shower! Housekeeping each day with lovely fresh sheets and clean fluffy towels. Such a treat. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Incredible range of foods both hot and cold. Variety over the 5 mornings too. Restaurant staff were friendly and engaging even at 6am! Hotel facilities were fabulous. Gym and Spa available and 5 in house restaurants if you wanted to dine in. Loved lounging by the pool which was generous in size with plenty of space for all. Highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, excellent service and value for money. Would definitely book again.

A wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, the pool was beautiful and impeccably clean, and the breakfast was exceptional.

Bed was not as comfortable other then that I love their huge Gym

An incredible room with beautiful views of the skyline and many feature benefits like extra large soaker tub. Hotel staff were very attentive and the hotel restaurants all top shelf.

Sentral hotel on top of the main train station. So easy to get in and out from. Whilst the room was large and had all the amenities it’s easy a bit bizarre lights wise and volume of sliding glass doors. At least 5 seperate light switches including having to close wardrobes that opened on the room and the back of them in the bathroom. No usb plugs. Also considering size of hotel a tiny bar. Excellent steak house, pool breakfast line up.

Absolutely the best hospitality and service in any hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff were amazing, they remembered our children’s names and made them feel at home. Hilton KL will always be my first choice hotel to stay when I visit Malaysia.

Sneezed the whole night due to a very dusty room. Changed room next morning and started to run a fever. Room service took more than 20mins to come. Lobby food was below expectation. Concierge staff was helpful though. Wasn’t expecting this level of experience. Unlikely to return.

There was a pungent smell after cleaning the room

Staff members were friendly but the room wasn’t very well maintained. Tv was too old and blurry colour, fridge door was coming off the hinge, there was water blockage in shower when I used them. It looks like it wasn’t kept in good repair.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to both the KTM and MRT stations via covered walkways. It is also connected to a nearby shopping centre, making it very convenient to get around without worrying about the weather. Highly recommended for its accessibility and convenience.

Over 20 years.... The check-in and out is still at the narrow walkway towards the restaurant and lifts.....time to think of a comfortable checking in experience, don't you think?

Breakfast was fantastic, lots of varieties of food. Did not use the spa.

Greeted by a wonderful staff, we enjoyed our stay immensely at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton. The pool area is very clean and inviting the breakfast is a top 10 so many selections you’ll never get to them all very helpful Staff when we had some questions highly recommend and we will certainly visit again.

I cannot thank the staff at Hilton KL Sentral enough for their excellent service and help. I stayed there a couple times for my egg freezing trips. During my first stay, I lost one injection in the fridge. I called the hotel after realising I didn’t bring it back, Ida responded and found the med immediately. Then they kept it for me in a fridge and brought it to my room during my next visit (coordinated by Clift). Really appreciate the help 🙏

I cannot thank Hilton staff Ida Irdina, Clift and the concierge team for their help. During this stay, I left my injection med in fridge and left Malaysia. I called Hilton and the staff immediately found it in fridge and put it in safe chilling place. I came back today and got the med on time. Thank you so much!
