The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The gym facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the swimming pool and water playground, which were especially loved by the kids. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and family-friendly stay. We would definitely be happy to come back again!

Celebrating my child's birthday at the Shangri-La Hotel was the perfect choice for my family. From the friendly security and the friendly front desk, to the in-room service by the HK team, who welcomed my child with a mirror and room decorations tailored to my child's birthday, it truly warmed our hearts as we celebrated our child's birthday. My child's favorite swimming pool, along with the variety of activities available in the pool area and the grassy soccer field, are reasons enough to stay at the Shangri-La Hotel again. 💙 My child also loved the bathtub, which was spacious enough for his long legs, and the quick salt dispensing, so there wasn't a long wait. However, if permitted, it would be better to have salt in the room so that busy guests wouldn't have to ask for it. 🫶 Regarding the food, perhaps the pancakes could be cooked fresh instead of the breakfast buffet. This would make them softer and fresher, especially for a child who loves pancakes. For the price of the room, it should have been even better. 👍 I also want to thank the night staff (sorry, I forgot her name, but it was the lady who delivered the cookies and teddy bears), for calming us down. We were a little disappointed by the delay in the phone repair, but that was quickly overcome by her friendliness, and it was the reason I proposed to my husband to celebrate his birthday at Shangri-La. 💖 That's the blissful experience of staying at the Shangri-La Hotel. 💝 Recommended 🫶

Most of the time I come here for business purposes, but this time it is not recommended for my family stay. I would say this experience is below expectation for Shangri La's standard. Did not get the room as I requested, the reason given was it would make me wait longer even though I checked in later, and no late check-out was offered either. I understood it was the holiday season and crowded, and the staff might be exhausted, but still, the service must be on point.

My kids love swimming here. We parents don't have to worry either. There are free life jackets. The pool is clean. No need to leave the hotel anymore. Kids are comfortable, parents are at ease.
