The Wi-Fi is often slow, there is no breakfast & the beds, none of them are double beds.

The facilities are not well maintained, it gives the impression of a scary and horror inn. Got the 18th floor, looking for the room number turned out to be out of sequence, the corridor was very quiet, many walls were damaged and moldy so it was even scarier. When I entered the room, it was musty and stuffy. When I saw the mattress it was even worse, the sheets and pillowcases were very shabby so it was very uncomfortable. Room facilities: Got 2 towels, no bath mat, only 1 liquid soap (no other amenities), there was an electric kettle but no glasses or mineral water, there was a TV but it was broken, the cable was also disconnected/broken, the hot water still worked. Public facilities: there is a swimming pool but it is not maintained, there is a restaurant but it has closed several months ago so there are only empty tables, bad wifi that keeps breaking, bad signal even Telkomsel on the 18th floor does not work.

Please improve cleanliness.

The cleanliness was very poor. The sheets, blanket, and towels were stained with unknown stains. There was a lot of trash under the bed, including condom wrappers. In the bathroom, I found a magic tissue wrapper behind the sink mirror. Overall, I hope the cleanliness can be improved.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and child-friendly. Overall, you won't regret staying at My Tower Hotel Surabaya.

Not recommended. The room, bathroom, sheets, pillowcases, and towels all looked unsanitary (not washed properly). The apartment's surroundings were also dirty. I ended up booking this place because of the good value and the reviews. But the reality was a dud. There were lots of small cockroaches flying around.

The staff was unfriendly. Check-in had to wait until 2:00 PM to register, unlike most hotels where registration can be done before 2:00 PM, even though the room was still ready. The bed, sheets, mattress, and pillows were extremely dirty. The white color had turned brown, making them unusable.

Very comfortable, the receptionist is very fast.

The spacious room makes it comfortable, the view from the top floor is beautiful, and the soundproofing in the room makes the atmosphere calm because it is not disturbed by loud noises.

The hotel's atmosphere was gloomy, and the room didn't appear to have been cleaned. There were cigarette butts under the bed, hair on the mattress and a slight musty odor, and peeling on the walls. The curtains were stained with dirt. However, the city view was decent, the hot water worked, the air conditioning was cold, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Hopefully, the apartment management can address these negative criticisms so it can continue to attract more visitors.

For a hotel in the city center like this, the price is very affordable, unfortunately for a 1 night stay it's fully booked 😂, it's just difficult to access the lobby, it's a bit inside and the parking lot is closed so it's a bit confusing to get in.
