The room is leaking, my child got sand in it while sleeping.

Everything was good, but there were quite a lot of dead ants in the room so we had to clean it again.

Honestly, I stayed in a barn type room for 1 million rupiah on the weekend, so I upgraded. It wasn't comfortable. First, it was noisy, with lots of events that lasted until midnight, and the hall wasn't soundproof. I had a headache from morning to night, and the karaoke was so over the top. I didn't mind as long as their room was soundproof so it wouldn't disturb the guests. When I entered the restaurant, I was directed to a room near the stage, even though I didn't want to. I said I didn't want to be noisy. The waiter replied, "You know, ma'am, without music on a Saturday night, it's not nice." But that's not what I meant. I wanted a table far from the stage. The room smelled and stuffy. The bathroom was very cramped, and the towels were musty, black and too small to cover my body. It wasn't cold, it was hot, they said, but the view was mountain. Don't come here during a long holiday, it's too expensive and full of noisy events.

The service and staff were friendly. However, many of the rides and photo spots were paid. There were also additional fees for entrance and parking, even though we wanted to stay at the resort.

Oh my God, I feel unsatisfied. Check-in took an hour because of the cool atmosphere and the beautiful views. Not to mention, I haven't had a chance to explore the hotel's games.

Nice, spacious room. One downside: no refrigerator in the room, even though some villas at this price usually have one.

A cozy place for a family staycation!

It was my first time here, and the roads were a bit tricky. I just arrived and thought I was just paying for the hotel, but it turns out there's an additional Rp 25,000 per person entrance fee. Maybe it's because the hotel is part of a tour. Not all attractions are free; some have a fee. I was surprised, but it's my fault for not reading the detailed terms and conditions, haha.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the hotel area was lacking in cleanliness. The floors leading to the rooms were dirty and hadn't been mopped. The restaurant service was slow, the food was lacking in flavor, and the fish served wasn't fresh. However, the views were good and the facilities were fine.

Recommended. Easily accessible. No need to worry about traffic jams or the odd-even traffic policy. Room rates aren't too expensive, so it's understandable that you have to pay for parking and entrance fees at the entrance. The facilities are complete and clean, and the hotel service is excellent. It's a suitable tourist destination. There are plenty of viewing platforms to enjoy, although not all are free for overnight guests. The food is also delicious, although it's still average.

Cons of staying here: 1. There's still an entrance fee of Rp 25,000 per person, and children under 7 are also charged the same fee. 2. Parking costs Rp 20,000 per car. 3. Nearly every attraction has an additional entrance fee. 4. Breakfast is voucher-based, and only valid for two people. Children are not allowed in the breakfast area, even if they haven't had breakfast. 5. The TV signal is poor.

All the staff are very friendly, maybe only the driver who took us was not friendly... hehe, his tone was a bit harsh, but it's okay, other than that we were satisfied, if we have time again we want to stay there again

A 4-star hotel feels like a budget hotel. The doormats are dirty and blackened. The towels are filthy, and the bed covers look like they haven't been changed. The rooms are dirty, and the corridors are littered with cigarette butts. The only comforts are the breakfast and the resort area.
