The room smells damp, there are lots of insects like ants and mites, the mattress makes you itch, the bathroom especially smells really bad, please upgrade the facilities, the food is also too salty

easy access to the location, friendly staff and there is a welcome drink near the receptionist, the place is nice worth it for that price, there are several paid play areas starting from 10 thousand which is cheap, and what I like is the delicious breakfast, especially the beef soto and salad, my child even added 2x 😁😁 recommended for those who have children, you must staycation here, there is a bird park, waterboom, labyrinth, china town, and you can also feed the fish. great anyway ❤️

The rooms are quite expensive. I suggest that if you want to stay, it is better to do it offline because Traveloka does not help you get a room like you imagined. I have booked hotels on Traveloka several times but have always been disappointed with the type of room, the price is much more expensive and the room I get is not the same as the one I first booked.

I really enjoyed staying here, 3 days 2 nights, the kids were really satisfied playing, especially the fish were plentiful, the plants were nice and well maintained, only the first day I had breakfast with rice vermicelli and there was plastic left over huhuhu, but it was cured when I had breakfast on the second day, the sotomie was really delicious, the meat melted in my mouth, the tendons were really soft, I really wanted more. The children are definitely very happy and don't want to go home because it's so exciting to stay at the Chevilly Hotel. The hotel rooms are quite clean. The choice of places to eat is also diverse. the accommodation area is nice, there are many photo spots and rides, I actually want to stay there again but I'm lazy to pay for everything, for the ticket price, including the rides, it's affordable, not expensive. what makes me lazy to go back there is to enter the resort, I'm forced to pay 25 thousand / person and 20 thousand for the car even though I stay there. the breakfast food has many choices and is delicious. the preparation of the room for check-in is slow, it's past check-in time but the room is still being cleaned even though it's not that busy on Friday.
