(+) Clean hotel, friendly staff. (-) No QRIS at the gate, and aside from the photo spots, all rides are paid. Regret staying here; it's better to just come once, as you have to pay to enter the area like a regular guest. Conclusion: Won't be going there again, just know that.

The place is dirty. It's fine for toddlers, but it's not good for adults because it's not very clean. It's like a rented house full of street vendors. It smells like street vendors. It's not very clean and well-maintained. Does Michael like to control things? Don't just accept the money. That asset needs to be maintained. It was established in 2021, but by 2026 it's already in bad shape.

The place is okay, but unfortunately, everything inside is paid. So, it's like a regular visitor. Staying with a family, but the free pass ticket is only for one person (it should be two, plus the free breakfast). It feels boring because you're staying in a tourist area but as a hotel guest, you have limited access to the facilities. However, the ambiance, views, and food are all very good and delicious. Thank you also for the very friendly and responsive service in handling complaints.

Honestly, I stayed in a barn type room for 1 million rupiah on the weekend, so I upgraded. It wasn't comfortable. First, it was noisy, with lots of events that lasted until midnight, and the hall wasn't soundproof. I had a headache from morning to night, and the karaoke was so over the top. I didn't mind as long as their room was soundproof so it wouldn't disturb the guests. When I entered the restaurant, I was directed to a room near the stage, even though I didn't want to. I said I didn't want to be noisy. The waiter replied, "You know, ma'am, without music on a Saturday night, it's not nice." But that's not what I meant. I wanted a table far from the stage. The room smelled and stuffy. The bathroom was very cramped, and the towels were musty, black and too small to cover my body. It wasn't cold, it was hot, they said, but the view was mountain. Don't come here during a long holiday, it's too expensive and full of noisy events.
