I arrived early, but they said I couldn't check in yet. I asked again if I needed to hand over my ID card and fill in my details while waiting. They said no. It turned out that when someone else arrived, they were asked to fill in their details and were given the key first. I hadn't even been given a key. When I entered the room, the bedcover was stained, and the mattress and cover smelled of perfume, as if they hadn't been changed. The mattress was flat, the springs were soft, and it creaked. The balcony door wouldn't lock, so I propped it up so I could sleep soundly. Since the room was on the first floor, even though it was high, I was wary of people coming in. The swimming pool was dirty, full of dirt, and the shower room was dirty and poorly maintained. The Wi-Fi wouldn't connect at all. The food was decent, but at 9 a.m. the restaurant lights were turned off even though there was still light because the room was open. I felt like I was being chased away. It was a bad experience.

The room is quite large, but unfortunately it's not very soundproof. I got room 217 and the person next to me brought a small child who was doing something really noisy. From pushing chairs to who knows what else. It was noisy. Furthermore, because it's right on the side of the road and on an uphill location, it's quite noisy from the sound of passing vehicles with their shrill exhausts. The staff is friendly. The view is beautiful. Cool. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Overall, it's okay except for the soundproofing of the room. Maybe the chairs should be replaced with lighter ones so they don't get pushed back and forth, which makes a loud noise. And for guests who bring children, please be able to control their children, so as not to disturb other guests.

The pros: I stayed in a deluxe executive room. The room was quite spacious with two queen-size beds, accommodating four adults, clean, and air-conditioned. The staff was friendly and quick to respond when we needed anything. Check-in and check-out were quick, the price was affordable, the place was cool, and there was a fish pond in front of the lobby. Free canoes and ducks were provided. The cons: The facilities were mediocre; the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, and the water filter wasn't working. The shower room was also basic and very dark. There were no lights, and no towels were provided at the pool, so you had to bring your own. Furthermore, I found the breakfast to be a bit lacking in terms of taste and variety. Finally, the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow.

This place is highly recommended. It's a non-AC hotel, but it's very cool, especially for families. The location is also great, and the breakfast options are plentiful. It's not far from Tangkuban Perahu Street, Strawberry Hill, the Floating Market, and more. The only downside is that the water heater doesn't work. Overall, it's top-notch.

Even though the hotel is nice, spacious, the standard rooms are spacious, and the beds can fit four adults, I noticed that only my family was being cared for. What's wrong? Is the economy not doing well? I'll definitely stay here again for New Year's, while enjoying coffee on the rooftop and watching the fireworks.

Permission to convey, during my stay here, the hotel facilities were incomplete, there was no gym, the room Wi-Fi was always loading so it couldn't be used, there was no refrigerator in the room, and the swimming pool was not maintained, the shower room was dirty, smelly, no soap was provided. The breakfast menu was delicious, although it was a bit incomplete and there was no chicken menu when I was there hehe. The air there was cool, it was very cold in the middle of the night even without AC and the room was clean, I got a queen bed room with 2 beds, oh yes, the water heater tended not to be as warm as normal water so it was a bit cold when taking a shower.
