I came here in July, checked in in the afternoon, no AC, but it was cool. The balcony made it even cooler. Breakfast was according to the rate. Worth it.

Overall good, everything is good, the swimming pool is okay too

The hotel was nice, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the lobby smelled nice. There were hardly any complaints about the room.

The room is not soundproof, the neighbor's room brings noisy children and can be heard

Room cleanliness is ok, swimming pool cleanliness is lacking, wifi is really slow even though technicians have come several times but the signal in the room is still down, breakfast is ok, there is enough variety, just lacks salad,

Overpriced, breakfast is room service not buffet, Wi-Fi doesn't work. It's really not worth it.

It's really not nice to get a room facing the back, it's a really spooky view, it's not comfortable to sleep, you get the 1st floor too, not recommended for families.

I had a pleasant and restful stay at Bukit Vipassana Hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and matched the description with a comfortable king-sized bed. The surrounding area was particularly serene and scenic, providing a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Despite being a short stay, the location stood out for its quiet environment and natural surroundings. Breakfast was decent and staff service was courteous. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a tranquil retreat not far from the city center. Minor improvements in accessibility features would make it even better.

The staff and service are okay, but unfortunately the breakfast variety is lacking.

At night, someone was smoking in the next room, but the smell of cigarettes entered our room. From 10 am until dawn, I couldn't sleep well because of the smell of cigarettes. I even coughed. It's really strange that the smell from outside the room can be masked to the other room.

the price is friendly but the cleanliness is wow in my opinion it's really clean.. it's just a shame the swimming pool is not well maintained The BF tastes B-ish but the food refills are fast especially since I stayed there yesterday during a long weekend asking to borrow prayer equipment and an iron also came quickly

Hotel recommend for vacation in lembang. Easy access to everywhere. The place is also comfortable to rest

the hotel facilities are quite good. comfortable and clean. no AC because it is cool enough and there is a fan instead. according to the price. only one drawback: hotel guests who come in groups are often noisy until midnight. seems like there is an event. and the hotel seems to let it. other guests' rest is disturbed. hopefully in the future this can be fixed.
