I've been a regular at this hotel for a while now. Check-in is super easy. The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds are spotless, and there are no bugs or fleas. Each room has a balcony. There's no carpet, but the floors are sparkling clean. The toilets are spacious and have plenty of water. You can choose whether you want hot or cold without calling customer service. The environment is spacious and beautiful, with ample parking and no fuss. There's a minimarket right in front, pempek snacks, and at night, they offer delicious skoteng (fried rice cakes). Of several hotels at the same price, the Vipassana Hotel is the most comfortable.

The sheets were filthy. My baby's hands and feet were bitten. The Wi-Fi was down. The bathroom water was slow and wouldn't drain.

Even though the hotel is nice, spacious, the standard rooms are spacious, and the beds can fit four adults, I noticed that only my family was being cared for. What's wrong? Is the economy not doing well? I'll definitely stay here again for New Year's, while enjoying coffee on the rooftop and watching the fireworks.

Permission to convey, during my stay here, the hotel facilities were incomplete, there was no gym, the room Wi-Fi was always loading so it couldn't be used, there was no refrigerator in the room, and the swimming pool was not maintained, the shower room was dirty, smelly, no soap was provided. The breakfast menu was delicious, although it was a bit incomplete and there was no chicken menu when I was there hehe. The air there was cool, it was very cold in the middle of the night even without AC and the room was clean, I got a queen bed room with 2 beds, oh yes, the water heater tended not to be as warm as normal water so it was a bit cold when taking a shower.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast menu was extensive, with a wide selection of main courses and desserts. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi often didn't reach the rooms on the third floor, but otherwise, it was fine.

The shower water was murky and sandy. When we asked the receptionist, they said it was under maintenance, but there was no prior confirmation. Maintenance could have been done after the guest checked out. There was a timeframe between 12 and 2:00. My husband and children had already showered and then realized it, and I had to rinse again with mineral water. The water heater wasn't hot at all!
