First time trying the bunkbed and the latest version. A suitable room for a group or at least 3 people. However, the space is not very spacious, the bathroom is also very tight. It turns out that sound can still be heard between rooms. If you choose a room with a view, it's okay, at least the room is a bit corner. But if you choose the middle one, sound from the right and left can still be heard. Access is okay, parking is okay too. Oh, there is a hot and cold water dispenser on each floor, but since yesterday I got the 9th floor which was undergoing renovation, it turned out there was no dispenser. So yesterday I wanted to make food that uses hot water, but it didn't happen. The smart TV already has Netflix and Prime Video, but still use your own account and don't forget to sign out when you want to check out. I didn't choose the one with breakfast so I can't review the food. For a staycation at that price, it's pretty good in my opinion.

The room doesn't provide a water jug or coffee/tea, which is incredibly stingy. The room rates aren't cheap, you know. Other hotels at a lower price point can provide a water jug, water, and coffee/tea.

Upon check-out, the receptionist acted indifferently, as if my stay was free, even though I'd actually paid a premium. Furthermore, as I was about to enter the elevator, an attendant was carrying a trolley to take suitcases to another room. He passed me, a guest checking out with a lot of bags. The attendant's reaction was indifferent, as if I wasn't a guest or a person. I even tried to hold the elevator door open but couldn't because my hands were full. I'm not trying to be important here, but at least the hospitality spirit needs to be alert. Right now, it's really lacking. I've only stayed at Deka once; the service isn't great. The towels are also dirty, stained, and slightly yellow.

Staff friendly, room is small but quite OK for business travel, as not staying in the room most the time. But the only thing is, only one access/door card provided for two people. It's a bit uncomfortable. I requested another card, and said no problem if there is any additional charge. But no card was available. (Edwin)

Friendly service, easy access.

I really enjoyed staying at Deka Hotel, the room was clean, the food was delicious, the staff were friendly and the location was on the main road so it wasn't difficult to find.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and there were water dispensers on every floor. Very satisfied 👍🏻

Great experience, oh good food though.

My first stay at DeKa Hotel was very impressive. However, the room selection process wasn't explained clearly. I chose a Deluxe room, which turned out to be for people with disabilities. It's nice that they have a dedicated room for people with disabilities. However, since I'm able-bodied, I was forced to upgrade to an Executive Suite. Overall, it was quite good. Thank you.

Comfort hotel, very nice hospitality.

I've stayed at Deka Hotel twice. It never disappoints. The service is excellent, from the security guard who always greets me and guides me, to the friendly staff. Even checking out at the crack of dawn was handled with a smile, even though I checked out at 4 a.m. But it's not a mistake...

Comfortable. Friendly staff. Varied and palatable food. Affordable prices.

Wi-Fi connection is on and off on the top floor, not sure why. So, I cannot work well.

Hotel access is very strategic, within the city.

Near toll gate, easy access, 15 minutes to PTC.

Stayed in two room types within the week, both served their purpose very well. Walking distance to restaurants, mini markets. First traveled alone, the standard room was enough: compact & efficient for one person. Then my mother joined me & we moved to the executive room which is more comfortable for two persons. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, food & drinks from Warung Pati in the lobby were satisfying & reasonably priced. I wanted a mochaccino & they made it for me despite it not being on the menu. Very family friendly, my 73 y.o mother di not have any difficulty navigating through check in, ordering food, etc with staff always ready to assist.

Stayed with my mother in a twin bed suite. Good taste in room design. The bathroom is nice with basic amenities and a good layout. Very limited space to hang clothing (only a hook that fits about 3-4 hangers), no closet. Had to keep clothes inside the suitcase. They provide 4 bottles of water each day, and there is a water dispenser on every floor. That helped a lot because I make tea and drink 2+ liters of water every day. Laundry is cheap and efficient. The food from the in-house restaurant is quite good! I had the mi godog which was a generous portion and requested a mochaccino which was not on the menu, but they graciously accommodated.

I recommend that you try Indomaret, it takes a little effort.
