Stayed in two room types within the week, both served their purpose very well. Walking distance to restaurants, mini markets. First traveled alone, the standard room was enough: compact & efficient for one person. Then my mother joined me & we moved to the executive room which is more comfortable for two persons. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, food & drinks from Warung Pati in the lobby were satisfying & reasonably priced. I wanted a mochaccino & they made it for me despite it not being on the menu. Very family friendly, my 73 y.o mother di not have any difficulty navigating through check in, ordering food, etc with staff always ready to assist.

For prices above 500 thousand, you usually get more facilities, but here there is no hot water kettle, no coffee, no tea, no hair dryer.

The only inconvenience was in the room because the suite was king but the bed was queen ☹️. Even though it was stated as king, the rest was okay. Then the suggestion for the welcome drink, the table should be replaced with a shelf table with a glass refill underneath so that when the glass provided beside the drink runs out, you can immediately refill it without going down to the G floor which is a bit time consuming, not to mention the human error of going down but forgetting to bring back a new glass. That's all, the rest is good and should be improved again.

Basically everything but the room itself is great. You could go downtown in about 10 minutes. The meal is pricey, but well worth it. There is no in-room dining. The room is designed like many common low-cost hotels, very cramped. The TV doesn't work most of the time; it needs AirPlay or a proprietary app. The room is really dark; the bedside lamp doesn't work. The bed, however, is quite comfortable. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, with stains everywhere.

I've been here twice. The first time, in June or July, the room was so clean and perfect. However, on my second visit, it was very unclean. The walls, the bed, and the room even smelled bad. When I asked for the complimentary, they asked me to pay more because there was no same room type available, only an upgrade room was available. I asked to change anything in my room, but the vibe was still bad because I was expecting more before.

A hotel with a fairly strategic location, with ample parking in the back. The deluxe rooms are relatively small but clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom is spacious, but the floor is very slippery; caution is advised if bringing small children or the elderly. The food in the restaurant is quite tasty but lacks variety.

The staff is friendly. The app should update the room photos and room titles in the booking information to avoid misunderstandings with the hotel. As I experienced, I booked a new twin room, but the voucher only listed a standard twin room. This room is definitely cheaper than the new one.
