The employee said that I was late from the room even though it was only 11am. She chased me down and said that if I was late I would have to pay an additional 50 pound charge even though I said I was packing my bags. I just need 10 minutes. She wanted me to pay an extra 50 pounds and threatened me if I didn't leave the room now she would call the security guard to come and evict me. I feel very bad about this kind of service. It is not appropriate to dismiss in such a condescending manner.

Sehingga saya harus menaru barang-barang seperti tas tangan dan jam tangan, handphone di lantai? Dan 1 hal lagi, Karena saya kepagian dateng, belum waktunya check in mau titip tas kena £ 10.
