This is a no frills hotel but ideal if you only need somewhere to sleep. It was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was very efficient. Nice rainfall style shower. The staff were helpful, if needed.

The staff were friendly upon arrival and the self checkin process is fairly straightforward. Our room was fairly simple and very minimal; only two bunk beds, hooks on the wall and what I believe was a scarf ring. We used our checkin luggage as a little table to place some items as there was nothing available for us to use. The restroom was nice and clean however, I felt that most of the items are very low placed; the sink was so low, mirrors were low and I had to squat a bit to be able to see my head. The property is super clean and has a strong clean perfume smell in their lobby, but can get a bit too strong and concentrated near the elevator corner. The cafe downstairs was fairly convenient and staff were always friendly to fill our water bottles with free ice and fresh water, so that was nice. This may be a first world American problem, but I wish the downstairs gym was an included amenity for guests to use, but you have to download an app and buy a separate pass to use it. Ultimately, it’s an okay place that has what you need; a room with AC, a bed and a working restroom, but you can’t beat the price for the place you’re at in London. You are truly in the heart of everything and can easily walk towards any direction and create a whole new adventure. Would definitely stay here again on a solo trip

It's a pod room. No window, simply a bed and en suite. No TV, no wadrobe/cupboard facilities. Pro to this, its dark when the lights are out. And quiet through the night. Cons the hotel lacks any other facilities, not even a brew area. I was presented with the sound of pneumatic drilling at 7am. Fine, i was awake, but no notice, and woukd have been peeved, had i been out the night before. The room is ok for a night, but I wouldn't stay here again, or certainly not for more than one night. My tap was temperamental and I couldn't get hot water for a shower on my second morning. I guess you have to be showered before 7am to benefit. There was a lot of construction going on.

We were a bit worried after reading the bad reviews but this hotel was great. The location was 10/10, right next to theatre shows, Soho, Piccadilly Circus, china town. We could not fault the staff they were very helpful, the lobby smells amazing when you walk in. Rooms were spacious, quite minimal but as it’s intended to be. The air conditioning worked great. The only reason why I didn’t give 5* is because unfortunately this hotel is connected to a night club which plays very loud booming music until 3am. If you are on the right side of the hotel (which we were) then you will hear the bass pounding all night until 3am. This was a massive shame because we would have stayed here again in future but unfortunately this has put us off staying again. If you have this hotel booked I recommende taking headphones just in case.

The hotel has a great location and the staff are very friendly. The only drawback is that the rooms lack basic amenities, and the area outside the hotel is messy and smelly, so it's probably only suitable for very short-term stays.

I have never stayed at a hotel like this before . When you think bare necessities well that is what you get . Walking into the room was like walking into a morgue, no kidding. I would think twice about ever going to stay at that hotel . We were asked to pay to leave our luggage for £15 each luggage as my friend and I were going to see a show at 2.30 pm so we didn’t want to carry our luggage with us to the theatre. All in all not a good experience at all .

This is a bare-bones pod hotel, just as advertised. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, but lacking in general amenities, such as a nightstand, a television or even a hairdryer. Our room did not have a window, but the bathroom was a good size and, overall, it met our needs. It’s very dark inside, but the ambient conditions were such that it allowed us to have a good nights sleep without street noise, etc. I would liken this hotel to a discount airline, intent on nailing guests for every little item. We arrived a couple of hours early and they told us that we could have early check-in for 40£. When we declined that option, and asked if they would store our bags, we were told the cost was 15£…for each bag!!!. The self check-in was also pretty clunky and there were very few people working to assist those checking in. Overall, it was a pain in the ass. It was fine for a night but I would not recommend it for a multi-night stay. The location was very convenient and public transportation was handy.

The hotel is in a VERY central location in London (and has air conditioning). It is within walking distance to many West End theaters ( Carnaby/SoHo/Covent Garden/Leichester Square) as well as shopping areas on Oxford, Regent and Piccadilly streets. It also has a tube station just steps away, as well as easy access to many bus lines or the famous black cabs. This made the hotel a great choice for a London first timer. I enjoyed the hotel. It was quiet and definitely enough room for our party of 3 (three person room). If you are on the minimalistic side, you will love it here. They do have special rooms on alternating floors for hair dryers and irons, as those are not in your rooms (and I believe there was laundry service as well- but we did not use it). I only have small critiques surrounding service/contact to get items- such as toilet paper, towels and extra pillows. Housekeeping did not come to our room in our 6 day stay, so we often had to ask employees in the lobby for items we needed. I would also recommend bringing a nightlight, as our room (and many others according to the evacuation map), do not have windows and it was pitch black at night. We often left on a light in the bathroom to navigate when needed, but it was still too bright. I definitely would recommend a stay here if you like close proximity to food, theater and pubs.

It's a very customer specific model. I'll never stay there again, but for some people for a few days (or maybe TWO days, max) it could work very well. Location can't be beat for culture vultures.

The location of this hotel is great for those who want to step outside and be in the heart of Piccadilly Square. Easy walking distance to restaurants and other venues. Leicester Square is a 2 min walk and the tube station is across the road. Clean and friendly staff in the lobby to help with self check-in and out ( everything is done online) The rooms are small but clean- minimalism is how we would describe them ( no side table and window was a bit different). If you are there for a night or two just to lay hat and sleep it’s great. We were out both days, all day so just needed a bed to sleep in. So glad for the clean, air conditioned room and hotel especially in the heatwave. It had a sold out occupancy while we were there so book ahead as it’s quite popular.

Hotel was in a good location and the rooms are nice. Downsides for us, having to pay £15 to hold bags. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned either day so didnt receive any new towels. I know this isnt a major issue, however with us being there over the heatwave we showered more and would have been nice to get some new towels.
