The room was clean. There is nowhere to put clothes, no dresser, closet, not even a luggage stand. 4 small hooks on the wall which only hold one item each. But location is top notch!

Great location, slightly smaller room than expected but very clean and nice

The location is extremely convenient. Chinatown is just 3 minutes walking. Metro station is 3 minutes walking. Room size is just right. As there is no windows, it is very quiet and good for sleeping. I am sure to stay here again in my next trip.

Overall, it was quite good. The location was great, and the rooms were okay. Nothing extraordinary, but the cost-quality ratio was satisfactory.

Amazing location! Literally sleeping next to the Theatre in Piccadilly!!! 😊. We booked the hotel to watch Les Mis which was absolutely incredible if you are thinking about a theatre trip. Easy check in. There was staff there to help with any hiccups. Friendly staff. Clean entrance with a few seats to charge phones etc. There was a really nice gym, not sure if you had to pay extra. Cafe area and more seating and work areas. Heads up, bag storage is £15 per suitcase and early check in £ 40. Room was super clean and very simple. No hairdryers or any frills but that's fine for what we wanted. Check out easy. Beautiful Japanese restaurant opposite called Shoryu . We had a fab time!

Great location, clean, very hot rooms, no privacy as bathroom had no lock and felt very exposed going to toilet and shower.

The air conditioning worked perfectly. The room and property were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close by shops,restaurants,pubs and the underground station.

Room was clean but property overall was not. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Internet went down and no one could get in their rooms. I had paid for early check in and it was a process. We missed an appt in London because we couldn’t leave luggage. We were traveling with our adult kids and the frosted glass in the bathrooms is not very good for privacy. I would not stay here again.

This is a basic no thrills hotel with an excellent location. It offers excellent value for money when the price point is less than 130 all inclusive and manageable for a couple of nights

Clean quiet dark rooms in a minimalist pod hotel. No windows in rooms. If you’re sharing a room, be sure it’s with someone you’re comfortable with as there is little personal space (including the bathroom).

Stayed here for one night in a cocoon and overall it’s exceptional value for money. The location is unbeatable and check-in was quick and easy. I’d read reviews mentioning issues for Expedia bookings, but I didn’t run into any problems at all. My first room (2nd floor) was spotless, spacious, with a nice bathroom and a decent bed — but there was loud nightclub noise coming from below. I spoke to reception and they moved me straight away, which suggests they’re aware it can be an issue. The new room on the 7th floor was quieter, though slightly smaller. A few things to be aware of: rooms are very minimal — no hairdryer, iron, fridge, or even glasses. For the price, that’s fair enough, but worth knowing in advance. That said, the WiFi was fast and reliable and the air conditioning worked really well, which made a big difference. There is very limited privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom which wasn’t an issue as I was on my own, but something to bear in mind if travelling with someone else. There’s also a large basement cafeteria area with a coffee shop, which is handy. Bottom line: great budget option in a prime location — just ask to avoid the 2nd floor if you want a good night’s sleep.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. My gripe was with the shower in our room. The water wouldn’t drain quickly so if you showered more then a minute the bathroom would flood. There was no tub just a small glass wall between the shower and the toilet and sink. I asked the staff the first morning we were there to send maintenance to unclog the drain and the woman told me she put in a work order. She said someone would come sort it out that day which was fine since we were out all day. Needless to say nothing changed and the bathroom still flooded. I don’t want to give the hotel too low of a rating since everything else was great but the shower situation really annoyed me.

The hotel was a major disappointment. The room lacked even basic furniture—there was no chair, no small table, and not even proper towel hangers. Towels were left on the bed, so you had to put them on the floor if you wanted to sleep comfortably. The overall cleanliness was poor, and on top of that, they charge an extra fee for daily room cleaning, which is unacceptable. The internet was also down for more than 10 hours during my stay. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else—almost any other option would be better.

This was not for me. I knew it was a windowless room but the endless dark corridors induced a panic attack and I spent most of the night sat in reception reading.

Good hotel, clean, serves the purpose. You get what you pay for. But extermely convenient location.
