Zedwell Piccadilly Circus

Excellent hotel in an excellent location on Picadilly Circus with easy access to underground, buses, restaurants and the amazing West End.

What a depressing and budget hotel, it's not what we expected with their selling point of being calm/good wellbeing with no windows only lights. The good point for the hotel that it was close for our visits and a good shower

The property was fantastic for myself and my friend doing the half marthon. So conveniently positioned in the heart of London. We did struggle a bit without a window or hair dryer but we got used to it. Very clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

Very convenient location. Budget . Cocoon design no window. Slept well cos room is down the hall, very quiet. Booked Two twin beds . Lack amenities like hangers , hooks and hairdryer. But offer a beauty room same floor for hairdryer. 10 lbs for delivery to your room Overall staff are nice . Good location. I paid extra for early check in and late check out. Extra 90 lbs Baggage fee is 15 lbs per bag cheaper than doing storage

Staff was awful the room was filthy. Loved the location but everything else was awful. Never staying here again no matter how convenient everything was

I had the best nights sleep in this hotel. It was extremely quiet. even the fan was quiet but worked well. The room was clean,the check in was easy.The hotel felt safe for a single traveller. The calmness of the hotel helps anyone who needs a break or to just quiet down for a bit.

Location was great; everything else was NOT. They are like the cheapest of the cheap airlines that nickel and dime you for everything: $80 for a few hours of early checkin, $25 for holding your bag, no fresh towels or linens for a 5 night stay, no garbage removal, no coffee, no nothing!

Good location. Room was ok. Sink dirty and could have done witb two pillows each and larger towels and hand towels for each of us. No bath mat which was needed.

The location was so central. Right in the centre of London. Close to everything theatres shops and the best restaurants. The hotel is basic ie no windows and small rooms but hey I never go to London to sit in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ toilet was spotless and efficient. Loved the place and will be back again

This listing is incomplete. Right off the bat, they wanted £40 to check-in early. Rather than give available rooms to folks first come first served like other hotels, they wanted more money. The cocoon concept seemed pretty cool, except the room we got… - has no windows - is split in two vertically so you have to crawl around like you’re camping (hit my head twice) and the ladder is in the way of the bottom one - there is nowhere to put stuff except in the crawl spaces in front of the bed and one “platform” for one suitcase (no nightstand, no counter space in the bathroom, no closet, no hangers, no desk) had to use the toilet and the top of the garbage can - there is nowhere to sit except the bed, and the toilet - nothing in the room (no coffee, no iron, no hair dryer, no TV, no cups, no ice bucket, nada) - no front desk (though it says so on the amenities) only a row of iPads for self check-in and a few people loitering around - no phone to call the non-existent front desk to ask if they have any of the items above - lots of outlets for charging, yet none in the bathroom for hair drying (brought our own)(maybe it’s UK code) - not see through but translucent bathroom divider (I left the room while my daughter showered) - can’t turn the AC down below 19 degrees but room never got below 23 - then, to top it all off, they wanted £45 to out the bags in storage at checkout - same price as a few other “normal”/“real” hotels, not including early check-in fees and fee

Clean room, location is great for theatres and shops, thought it was good value. Lack of window isn't great, but we knew that before we arrived.

Great location and super modern and convenient

We stayed here on two separate occasions on our recent travels to London. First, you check in with a tablet, so you get no interaction from a person while checking in. We just got off of a 9 hour flight and went out to explore London a bit after putting our luggage in our room. When we got back, we noticed none of the electrical sockets were working in the room. I informed the staff of the issue but told them that they could not come due to the kids sleeping. They never came the next day until I had to ask again. It is very difficult navigating around a new city without a phone to guide you because it is dead. When we returned the next stay, I wanted to try the sockets first thing. When I plugged in my adapter, sparks flew everywhere. The bathroom was filthy disgusting as well. London was great but this hotel was the worst part about our vacation.
