The worst hotel that I ever stay , no service no quality, no one even help when I need anything in the room and u need to walk to ground floor but the staff service is bad too ,the room without tv, window … even some basic equipment also no if u enjoy no fresh air please feel free to stay

雖說在熱鬧的市中心，但是四周環境髒亂。房間樓層跟迷宮一樣穿過了幾條走道才走到房間，雖說在訂房時已經知道平方米，但是缺乏吊掛與收納功能，整個空間上要容的下兩個大人帶兩個行李箱還是很困難。廁所連通淋浴間，淋浴間並沒有門，沒有蓮蓬頭只有花灑，洗完澡整個廁所都是水，腳踏墊也無可避免的吸滿水，差點滑倒。由於空間小、廁所又滿地水，洗完澡要整理一下自己和衣物都非常不方便。完全不推薦給前來倫敦旅行的遊客，如果你是個人輕便旅行除外。 雖說這地點就在熱鬧的市中心，但我相信倫敦有其他會更好且交通便捷的選擇。

The location is fantastic! It’s just a stone’s throw away from Chinatown. Now, I must admit, the room has no windows, so it might feel a tad confined at times. But overall, I had an incredible time. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay truly memorable.

No Table, no any cup in the room. A bit inconvenience. Location is good!

Goods - location was excellent, right at heart of London - clean room with necessary amenities (shampoo, shower gem) - helpful staff provides assistance during check-in, since you won’t get a reservation number if booked from hotels.com Room for improvement - it was difficult to find your room since the floor layout was like a maze. I couldn’t image if there is a fire, the guests will have a very difficult time to find the stairs - there is no desk in the room. If you’re on business trip and needs to work on your laptop, you won’t be able to do that on a desk - the room wasn’t really sound proof as there are people running (not sure why they are running) early in the morning (around 6am)

I am very disappointed with there are no supplies such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, even a bottle of water.

The room has no windows and the toilet glazing is quite transparent. The beddings were unclean with a lot of stains visible. We asked for extra pillows because of the blood stains on them and that’s probably where the bed bugs came from. We discovered a few bed bugs the next morning and told the staff. They gave us a new room, took our luggages for bed bug spray/ steam treatment, but refused to provide laundry services for our pyjamas. The steamed items were just left on the lobby floor, luckily no one took them. The only thing they offered for compensation was late check out which we refused as who would stay longer in such place??? Besides, 15 pounds per item for luggage storage is ridiculously expensive; it also costs 10 pounds for a hair dryer.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, mainly because of the poor customer service. My room was located directly next to a nightclub that played extremely loud music until around 3:00 a.m. every night. It was impossible to sleep, so I asked the front desk during the night if I could change rooms. The receptionist told me to come back at 7:00 a.m. because they would try to find another room for me. At the same time, I was told that if I was not happy, I could simply change hotels. When we returned at 7:00 a.m., no alternative room was available. Later that afternoon, when we came back around 5:00 p.m., the staff at the front desk knew nothing about what had happened. There were no notes, no communication from the night staff and they could not even tell us who had promised to help us. Since the hotel had suggested that we could change hotels, we decided to do so. However, when Hotels.com tried to contact the hotel to arrange a refund, the hotel did not respond to either emails or phone calls. Their complete lack of communication made the situation even more frustrating. The poor service, lack of communication and unwillingness to help guests turned what should have been a pleasant stay into a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Location wise it couldn’t be better. It did feel a bit strange not having a window in the room, but it did feel cosy. I found everything very dark though throughout the hotel, so I wouldn’t to stay more than a couple of nights. Bed was very comfy and a great shower

Teilweise unfreundlich das Personal, das Zimmer war ohne Fenster und die Klimaanlage hat geblasen aber man hat nichts gespürt. Das Zimmer war teilweise dreckig im Badezimmer und der Duschkopf war halb kaputt.

Habitaciones demasiado austeras

The shower floor had visible mold and felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The inside of the toilet also needed to be bleached, and overall it seemed like the room had been rushed between guests. Running a hand along the bunk bed wall left a layer of dust, and the hallway common areas didn’t feel well maintained either. That said, the room itself — along with the check‑in and lounge spaces — was very cute with a great aesthetic. The location was fantastic, and the price was affordable. It’s a very busy hotel with people constantly coming and going, but the rooms were quiet enough. The only drawback is that the beds and bathroom are separated by a frosted glass panel, so you can hear everything, which can be pretty embarrassing since there’s no real sound privacy.

Det är ett perfekt boende om man planerar att spendera mycket tid utomhus då det inte finns fönster eller nöjen på hotellet

The hotel is in the perfect location! Everything was clean. The air conditioning worked well. It would be great if there was a small table, hairdryer and fan in the bathroom, but these were minor cons. We would definitely stay again!
