Good location

雖說在熱鬧的市中心，但是四周環境髒亂。房間樓層跟迷宮一樣穿過了幾條走道才走到房間，雖說在訂房時已經知道平方米，但是缺乏吊掛與收納功能，整個空間上要容的下兩個大人帶兩個行李箱還是很困難。廁所連通淋浴間，淋浴間並沒有門，沒有蓮蓬頭只有花灑，洗完澡整個廁所都是水，腳踏墊也無可避免的吸滿水，差點滑倒。由於空間小、廁所又滿地水，洗完澡要整理一下自己和衣物都非常不方便。完全不推薦給前來倫敦旅行的遊客，如果你是個人輕便旅行除外。 雖說這地點就在熱鬧的市中心，但我相信倫敦有其他會更好且交通便捷的選擇。

The location is fantastic! It’s just a stone’s throw away from Chinatown. Now, I must admit, the room has no windows, so it might feel a tad confined at times. But overall, I had an incredible time. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay truly memorable.

No Table, no any cup in the room. A bit inconvenience. Location is good!

Goods - location was excellent, right at heart of London - clean room with necessary amenities (shampoo, shower gem) - helpful staff provides assistance during check-in, since you won’t get a reservation number if booked from hotels.com Room for improvement - it was difficult to find your room since the floor layout was like a maze. I couldn’t image if there is a fire, the guests will have a very difficult time to find the stairs - there is no desk in the room. If you’re on business trip and needs to work on your laptop, you won’t be able to do that on a desk - the room wasn’t really sound proof as there are people running (not sure why they are running) early in the morning (around 6am)

I am very disappointed with there are no supplies such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, even a bottle of water.

The room has no windows and the toilet glazing is quite transparent. The beddings were unclean with a lot of stains visible. We asked for extra pillows because of the blood stains on them and that’s probably where the bed bugs came from. We discovered a few bed bugs the next morning and told the staff. They gave us a new room, took our luggages for bed bug spray/ steam treatment, but refused to provide laundry services for our pyjamas. The steamed items were just left on the lobby floor, luckily no one took them. The only thing they offered for compensation was late check out which we refused as who would stay longer in such place??? Besides, 15 pounds per item for luggage storage is ridiculously expensive; it also costs 10 pounds for a hair dryer.

Very convenient place to shop and dining. Tidy and clean bedding, good showering & air conditioning for a short stay. Lot of rooms fitted to single, couple and family. Have a nice trip.

위치가 대박입니다. 늦은 시간 체크인을 했는데도 직원이 계셨고, 새벽 4시에 체크아웃 비대면으로 하려는데도 직원이 상시 근무 중이라 편했습니다.

Clean

First room we were put in was filthy, asked to be moved rooms and luckily got a hold of the manager who couldn’t be more apologetic and helpful, managed to get another room but to be honest this one still wasn’t “clean” it was cleaner but still not what I would describe as clean. The hotel itself is in a really good location but the “sound proof cocoons” is a lie, could hear a conversation from the room beside us. If you get a good deal then this hotel is definitely worth it for the location but I’m glad we didn’t pay more than £60 a night average.

The check-in is a little weird having 2 receptionists in a self-check-in place. Also my booking was cancelled with no notice, but they did reinstate it - fortunately. The hotel and room is central and low cost - it had all you really need. No frills.

Excellent location, in the heart of Piccadilly Circus (literally less than 50m from the Station entrance). We had dinner across the road and then crossed another street to see musical. The room is modern but very bare, there was no where to sit so it’s definitely a place to just sleep and be out all day and night. Short walk to Chinatown, SoHo and Leicester Square. Love love love the location.
