Good location

雖說在熱鬧的市中心，但是四周環境髒亂。房間樓層跟迷宮一樣穿過了幾條走道才走到房間，雖說在訂房時已經知道平方米，但是缺乏吊掛與收納功能，整個空間上要容的下兩個大人帶兩個行李箱還是很困難。廁所連通淋浴間，淋浴間並沒有門，沒有蓮蓬頭只有花灑，洗完澡整個廁所都是水，腳踏墊也無可避免的吸滿水，差點滑倒。由於空間小、廁所又滿地水，洗完澡要整理一下自己和衣物都非常不方便。完全不推薦給前來倫敦旅行的遊客，如果你是個人輕便旅行除外。 雖說這地點就在熱鬧的市中心，但我相信倫敦有其他會更好且交通便捷的選擇。

The location is fantastic! It’s just a stone’s throw away from Chinatown. Now, I must admit, the room has no windows, so it might feel a tad confined at times. But overall, I had an incredible time. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay truly memorable.

No Table, no any cup in the room. A bit inconvenience. Location is good!

Goods - location was excellent, right at heart of London - clean room with necessary amenities (shampoo, shower gem) - helpful staff provides assistance during check-in, since you won’t get a reservation number if booked from hotels.com Room for improvement - it was difficult to find your room since the floor layout was like a maze. I couldn’t image if there is a fire, the guests will have a very difficult time to find the stairs - there is no desk in the room. If you’re on business trip and needs to work on your laptop, you won’t be able to do that on a desk - the room wasn’t really sound proof as there are people running (not sure why they are running) early in the morning (around 6am)

I am very disappointed with there are no supplies such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, even a bottle of water.

The room has no windows and the toilet glazing is quite transparent. The beddings were unclean with a lot of stains visible. We asked for extra pillows because of the blood stains on them and that’s probably where the bed bugs came from. We discovered a few bed bugs the next morning and told the staff. They gave us a new room, took our luggages for bed bug spray/ steam treatment, but refused to provide laundry services for our pyjamas. The steamed items were just left on the lobby floor, luckily no one took them. The only thing they offered for compensation was late check out which we refused as who would stay longer in such place??? Besides, 15 pounds per item for luggage storage is ridiculously expensive; it also costs 10 pounds for a hair dryer.

Låg fantastiskt bra till, nära till allt. Mycket liv utanför men så fort man kom in i lobbyn blev det tyst och lugnt. Rena, fräscha och tysta rum👌

Très petit pas de meubles de rangement mais efficace. Lieu stratégique en plein centre de Londres. On a aimé.

Great location to theatres, shops, restaurants and local places like Oxford Circus, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. The staff are helpful and friendly. Room is quiet but needs a bit of maintenance and repair.

The room and bathroom were clean with towels and essential toiletries. The check in process on an iPad was easy and there were plenty of staff on hand for help with this and checkout. The location is ideal for theatres , cinemas etc being in Piccadilly and close to Leicester Square, China town, Covent Garden and Soho. The hotel seemed very busy in the reception area but once in your room we heard no other noise. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. We would definitely stay here again as the price is reasonable considering location.

Simple quiet easy especially for solo travel. Bed is quite comfy. No tv. Great shower . Right in the center of it all.

Et fantastisk beliggende hotel. Lidt futuristisk. Ingen vindue på værelset, men det gjorde ingenting fordi lyset var så godt. Det var en del af oplevelsen. Alt var super. Vi kommer igen.

Room has nothing inside, no hair dryer, no iron, These are shared in a specific room and its very inconvenient , my friend’s room had bedbugs, would not return.

As expected 2 walk from theatre. Staff very helpful checking in as didnt have a reference number

L'hôtel est plus que minimalist Pas'de personnel Des que vous demandez quelque chose on vous fait payer (consigne de sac à dos 15£ pour chaque bagage. Early check in 1h e''ava' Ce 40£) Il 'y a aucune fenêtres dans tout l' hôtel ni dans les chambres ni couloirs ni réception. Je décommandé fortement

It says that the rooms are noisecancelled and with a/c. The one I got had neither…. There Are no Windows, so let’s pray the fire starts in a different loaction in the building… The hallways taking me to the room is not a pleasent first impression. Feels like I went wrong and into the staff Hallway, but no… it was the guest Hallway. The staff was friendly and the loaction and price is good- but thats it.. I will never visit again.

Hotel cobra um valor absurdo de 40 libras para guardar as malas ou fazer um check in antecipado, mesmo que o quarto já esteja disponível. Depois você pega um elevador acreditando

Nice property in prime location. However, some basic amenities in the room were missing.
