Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Zedwell Piccadilly Circus ! L’emplacement est tout simplement idéal, en plein cœur de Londres, à quelques pas des principales attractions, des restaurants, des boutiques et des transports en commun. C’était le point de départ parfait pour découvrir la ville. La chambre était propre, confortable et très bien pensée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme malgré l’effervescence de Piccadilly Circus à l’extérieur, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer après nos journées de visite. Le personnel a été accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider lorsque nous en avions besoin. L’hôtel offre une expérience moderne, pratique et agréable pour profiter pleinement d’un séjour londonien. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors de notre prochain voyage à Londres. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement central, confortable et pratique.

Contratei minha hospedagem pelo Hotels.com no hotel Zedwell Piccadilly Circus, em Londres, e fiquei extremamente decepcionada com a experiência. O anúncio informava que os quartos possuíam janelas com isolamento acústico, mas ao chegar encontrei um conceito de hospedagem muito diferente do que eu esperava e que, na minha opinião, não foi apresentado de forma suficientemente clara durante a reserva. O primeiro problema foi o check-in totalmente automatizado. O próprio hóspede precisa realizar todo o processo e depois encontrar sozinho o quarto em um verdadeiro labirinto de corredores. Além disso, após sair do elevador ainda é necessário utilizar escadas para chegar a algumas acomodações, o que torna a locomoção bastante difícil para quem está com malas. O quarto também deixou muito a desejar. A cama era extremamente baixa, a iluminação era insuficiente e o banheiro possuía um sistema de chuveiro que acabava molhando grande parte do ambiente. Além disso, o quarto não contava com itens que considero básicos para uma hospedagem confortável, como televisão e frigobar. Outro ponto que me desagradou foi a política de serviços. A troca de toalhas e a limpeza do quarto não estavam incluídas de forma padrão, sendo necessário pagar valores adicionais para obter esses serviços. Também não havia secador de cabelo disponível no quarto, sendo preciso se deslocar até uma área comum para secar os cabelos. Na minha avaliação, o custo-benefício foi muito ruim. Very good location but just average room, no windows and AC wasn't amazing so could feel a bit trapped with no fresh air or windows. Good if you have plans and don't need to stay in the room for long periods apart from sleeping

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Zedwell Picadilly. The hotel was clean and smelled great but the hallway carpets had stains and could be cleaned. We came during a heat wave and was grateful for the AC! This was a great location to the theaters, Chinatown and easy access to the tube. Staff were nice and helpful.

The floors in the room weren’t particularly clean, water stains on the showe glass, unidentified dried green product on cheap plastic toilet seat. The self check-in kiosks are ridiculous but they do have two people running back and forth to help with it. Shower gel and shampoo are the only amenities. There isn’t even a water glass. There are no hangers or anywhere to put your clothes besides leaving them in your suitcase and three hooks. The mattress was so soft and spongey it was like sleeping in a hammock. The towels were thin and threadbare. I paid a lot of money for this room and it was NOT worth it. I would NEVER stay here again. If this is the future of ‘innovative’ supposedly hip hotels, it’s going to be a dystopian one.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things future guests should be aware of. The room was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos. There was very little space to open suitcases, and storage was none existent, making it difficult to organize clothes and personal items during our stay. Housekeeping was also more limited than we expected, as towels were not replaced daily. While this may be part of the hotel’s policy, it would have been helpful to know this in advance. On the positive side, the property was clean and served its basic purpose as a place to stay while exploring London. Not a fan of the fee for early check in, staff was kinda rude everytime I spoke to them, cafe closed early even though it was like a food restaurant as well so not really accessible, vending machine inside was SO expensive & hotel located in not the greatest area to go out in at night. Other than my room was nice, clean, calm and quiet which I enjoyed and it had clean halls etc. Though I never got room service the whole 4 nights I was there.

Room and bed was clean. Pillows were flat and they would not provide extras. Hotel had no windows and areas where the air conditioning didn’t work were hot and suffocating. We moved rooms to an area that was cooler and air conditioning worked better. Great location. Nice lobby. Helpful staff. But if you have any level of claustrophobia this is not the place for you.

Great location. Can't really beat the location. Minimalistic, good choice if you're just spending the night as there are nothing to do in the room apart from sleeping (no couches, no TV). There are also no hairdryers, you have to go to the 3rd or 7th floor.

The location of this property is amazing! Being able to step out your front door onto Piccadilly Circus is worth the small inconveniences that come with a hotel room that is stripped back to basics. The bathroom situation suits couples, but isn’t ideal for a scenario where the people sharing a room aren’t romantically involved. We were also disappointed that we could only have 1 pillow on each bed (requested a second but denied because they didn’t have enough).

Contratei minha hospedagem pelo Hotels.com no hotel Zedwell Piccadilly Circus, em Londres, e fiquei extremamente decepcionada com a experiência. O anúncio informava que os quartos possuíam janelas com isolamento acústico, mas ao chegar encontrei um conceito de hospedagem muito diferente do que eu esperava e que, na minha opinião, não foi apresentado de forma suficientemente clara durante a reserva. O primeiro problema foi o check-in totalmente automatizado. O próprio hóspede precisa realizar todo o processo e depois encontrar sozinho o quarto em um verdadeiro labirinto de corredores. Além disso, após sair do elevador ainda é necessário utilizar escadas para chegar a algumas acomodações, o que torna a locomoção bastante difícil para quem está com malas. O quarto também deixou muito a desejar. A cama era extremamente baixa, a iluminação era insuficiente e o banheiro possuía um sistema de chuveiro que acabava molhando grande parte do ambiente. Além disso, o quarto não contava com itens que considero básicos para uma hospedagem confortável, como televisão e frigobar. Outro ponto que me desagradou foi a política de serviços. A troca de toalhas e a limpeza do quarto não estavam incluídas de forma padrão, sendo necessário pagar valores adicionais para obter esses serviços. Também não havia secador de cabelo disponível no quarto, sendo preciso se deslocar até uma área comum para secar os cabelos. Na minha avaliação, o custo-benefício foi muito ruim. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Zedwell Piccadilly Circus ! L’emplacement est tout simplement idéal, en plein cœur de Londres, à quelques pas des principales attractions, des restaurants, des boutiques et des transports en commun. C’était le point de départ parfait pour découvrir la ville. La chambre était propre, confortable et très bien pensée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme malgré l’effervescence de Piccadilly Circus à l’extérieur, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer après nos journées de visite. Le personnel a été accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider lorsque nous en avions besoin. L’hôtel offre une expérience moderne, pratique et agréable pour profiter pleinement d’un séjour londonien. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors de notre prochain voyage à Londres. We enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Zedwell Picadilly. The hotel was clean and smelled great but the hallway carpets had stains and could be cleaned. We came during a heat wave and was grateful for the AC! This was a great location to the theaters, Chinatown and easy access to the tube. Staff were nice and helpful.

The floors in the room weren’t particularly clean, water stains on the showe glass, unidentified dried green product on cheap plastic toilet seat. The self check-in kiosks are ridiculous but they do have two people running back and forth to help with it. Shower gel and shampoo are the only amenities. There isn’t even a water glass. There are no hangers or anywhere to put your clothes besides leaving them in your suitcase and three hooks. The mattress was so soft and spongey it was like sleeping in a hammock. The towels were thin and threadbare. I paid a lot of money for this room and it was NOT worth it. I would NEVER stay here again. If this is the future of ‘innovative’ supposedly hip hotels, it’s going to be a dystopian one.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things future guests should be aware of. The room was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos. There was very little space to open suitcases, and storage was none existent, making it difficult to organize clothes and personal items during our stay. Housekeeping was also more limited than we expected, as towels were not replaced daily. While this may be part of the hotel’s policy, it would have been helpful to know this in advance. On the positive side, the property was clean and served its basic purpose as a place to stay while exploring London. However, the room size and lack of storage space made the experience less comfortable than we had anticipated based on the listing.
