El hotel está muy bonito, muy limpio, y los cuartos están súper espaciosos. Lo único es que solo están las camas y no hay mesitas o sillones o clóset, es solo las camas con una mini barrita en la cabecera y en el baño un pequeño espacio también (lo digo por los que viajamos con niños pequeños), pero como son literas, mis hijas se enamoraron del cuarto.

It was very convenient. It’s in the middle of everything and was easy to walk around or take the double decker bus to go around. It’s clean.
There were 3 of us and had enough space.

Perfect hotel after a nine hour flight. Just a peaceful quiet sleep. Excellent location, great to get to all tourist attractions on foot. Many food options around we loved dirty bones. This is the place if you want a basic room and just need a good sleep.

The hotel is in a great location and is very convenient to get around. The only biggest drawback is that luggage storage costs £15 per piece, which is really too expensive. There are 6 of us in my group, and if we really want this service, it would cost at least £90. This is the first time I've been charged for luggage storage in a hotel while traveling. I've never encountered a hotel that charges for luggage storage, and it's so expensive!
Also , when we came back the next day, the trash can had not been cleaned. It was full yesterday and when we came back, we found it was still full. It had not been cleaned at all.

We unfortunately found bed bugs in our room, which completely ruined our experience. At first, we were even told it was just a fly, but I’m quite certain I know the difference. The hotel did provide us with another room, but it was very far away. When we asked to change again, we were initially told there were no other rooms available. After some back and forth, we were finally given a closer room. Still, the situation left us very uncomfortable, as we had to spend the rest of our stay worrying about bringing bed bugs home.

There was bass music which was annoying, it was still going about 11pm, usually the pods have been really quiet and great for travelling with kids. We also had someone knocking at our door at 9.45am asking if we were leaving, we were just getting ready to leave as check out was 10am but this made us feel really rushed

Sabanas bajeras con manchas, lo mismo que el lavabo.
No hacen las camas ni limpian la habitación, ni cambian toallas (si las pides si) en estancias de menos de 4 dias.
Habitacion para 4 claustrofóbica, nada que ver con las fotos. Lo único bueno la ubicación y la atención del personal de recepción.

Hotel reservations process to get refund for triple charges was long, frustrating and unprofessional process. The finance team is still working to refund charges that they made without my authorization. Stay far away from this hotel.

We arrived a day late and I did let them know ahead of this and they accommodated this. Only issues were when we arrived and tried to check-in they said it was canceled, I called Expedia and they attempted to get receptionist on the phone, we gave it 10 minutes and reattempted to check-in and mysteriously they said "we're all good". Was a little disconcerting and the receptionist said my credit card didn't work which wasn't the case. This was the only problem

The hotel is in a great location and is very convenient to get around. The only biggest drawback is that luggage storage costs £15 per piece, which is really too expensive. There are 6 of us in my group, and if we really want this service, it would cost at least £90. This is the first time I've been charged for luggage storage in a hotel while traveling.
