Lovely hotel, exactly what we needed to get away from the chaos of London! Room was very clean and very quiet - couldn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms. Felt very luxurious as well. A quiet little oasis, would definitely stay again.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by lovely gentleman, who made the whole check in so fast and easy. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. This was not my first stay here, hence why we return again and again. Around the hotel you are in the centre, underground 2 minute walk away, lots of bars, restaurants right outside and shops 10minute walk away, a lively busy part of London, however from inside the hotel, you don't hear any noise from outside and to be fair, we did not notice or hear any noise from other guests. We really love this hotel and will return. So thankyou to all the staff, cleaners especially, our room was immaculate

room was super pretty, quite small and compact but loved the aesthetic, the lighting and air conditioning was really good could control temperatures easily, checked out couple hours late but let me off for free, amazing staff and place

The Ryan air of hotels, charge extra to store your bags. Even after paying for late checkout the keys were deactivated and it took 3 tries to get it back.

The room did what it needed to do for the most part, very spacious despite size. The only couple of issues were that the shower was making a weird gurgly noise pretty much all night, making sleep difficult and I found there was a not pleasant drainage smell to the room, though subtle but was still aware.

Do not stay here! The room we got was really dirty and had one working outlet. Given that it is such a small and minimalist space, we had hoped the room would at least be clean. The bathroom had a horribly poor design with no shower door, so anytime the shower was turned on, the entire bathroom floor was soaked. There was no way to keep the shower water inside the shower as there was so little gradient to the floor to the drain. The reviews said the hotel had beauty rooms on each floor so I didn’t bring a hair dryer. There are only 2 beauty rooms on floors 3 and 7 and they only had one working hair dryer. Those rooms were also incredibly dirty with hair everywhere. There wasn’t even any space to open up our suitcases, and I know the square footage is described but some floor space to have an open suitcase isn’t even available. So much wasted space in the bathroom and bed frame. We ended up only staying one night here and booked another hotel close by. We just couldn’t stay in the room feeling like we were sleeping in a jail cell. When we checked out early, the staff just said okay well enjoy the rest of your stay. I didn’t expect a refund but maybe a more sincere apology. Might work for some, but the rooms are simply too small and dark for two people. I can’t even imagine having more than two people in a room. If you are traveling with more than one person and want a comfortable stay, just basic hotel necessities, do not stay here.

It was clean. But the check in wasn’t till 3. They charged $50 for an early check in which is fine & acceptable. The part that got to me was that they didn’t hold your bags. Usually hotels hold your luggage till your room is ready. They don’t. You would have to pay about $20 per bag. Or pay the early check in.

Rooms are small but are sufficient for what you are paying for. They mention that they have AC, however, when turning it on it will not cool the room very much and will turn off randomly. Our bathroom was not cleaned very well upon arrival but the beds were clean. No safe in the rooms aswell. During the evening, security remains at the front door which makes people feel more safe. Location is great if you want to be central.

I will be kind and start with the pros. The room was quiet and very dark. We slept well. It’s one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever been in. It was a great contrast from the city. The cons. 15 euros to hold each bag if you arrive early. We requested an early check in for 40 euros, but we waited a half an hour before they told us they didn’t have a room for us. And we still had to pay the bag drop off fee to finally leave and see the city. Poor service. Dirty carpet in the hallways but the room was clean. Very minimalistic, which is nice to the eye, but inconvenient for traveling. Not even a towel to use as a bath mat. One hand towel and two bath towels for our two person room. No tissue. No shelf to sit anything on. No extra room. No phone to call down to the front desks. No front desk. If you’re okay with absolutely NO bells and whistles and you just want a quiet room to lay your head you can make this work. If you want a dry towel to land your feet on so you don’t flood the bathroom, look somewhere else.
