The hotel is in the perfect location! Everything was clean. The air conditioning worked well. It would be great if there was a small table, hairdryer and fan in the bathroom, but these were minor cons. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay, so close to the west end shows. Not sure I could do more then 3 nights tho. Missed having tea and coffee facilities in the room. But was a great base for our shows

Location wise it couldn’t be better. It did feel a bit strange not having a window in the room, but it did feel cosy. I found everything very dark though throughout the hotel, so I wouldn’t to stay more than a couple of nights. Bed was very comfy and a great shower

The shower floor had visible mold and felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The inside of the toilet also needed to be bleached, and overall it seemed like the room had been rushed between guests. Running a hand along the bunk bed wall left a layer of dust, and the hallway common areas didn’t feel well maintained either. That said, the room itself — along with the check‑in and lounge spaces — was very cute with a great aesthetic. The location was fantastic, and the price was affordable. It’s a very busy hotel with people constantly coming and going, but the rooms were quiet enough. The only drawback is that the beds and bathroom are separated by a frosted glass panel, so you can hear everything, which can be pretty embarrassing since there’s no real sound privacy.

Perfect for a one night stay in the city. Clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Great price for families. Will continue to make this my go to hotel when visiting London. Would recommend.

The bed is really comfortable, the air conditioner is great, the fact that there is no window is actually good for a good night's rest. There were some strange noises at night from an unknown source. There was no cup for storing a toothbrush/toothpaste but otherwise the room was great. Since room cleaning is only after 4 days, it would be helpful to have a toilet brush.
