Kept awake by maintenance hammering in the room above us to 11pm then woken up again to the sound of hammering and power tools at 8am in the morning. Room was not soundproof as we could hear people arguing in the room beside us. Hallway carpets covered in stains.

The hotel is close to everything but some things needs to improve. They need to get better about getting access to the rooms. To go to the elevator anyone can come up.. Would be better if they only allow whoever has a card key. You don’t need a card key to go to the elevator. Inside the room there was no hairdryer and the housekeeping only comes every 3 days. They should clean the room everyday or whenever the guests need it.

Limited amenities. Very small rooms. Boxed in beds. No water, no glases, one pillow, no tv. No onsite restaurant. For the price this isnt acceptable and i clealy should have read the hotel details more. Just expected these as standard. Other than that it was ok. Hallway carpets dirty and well worn. But its a hallway. Stayed in better cheaper accomodation.

Great location to theatres, shops, restaurants and local places like Oxford Circus, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. The staff are helpful and friendly. Room is quiet but needs a bit of maintenance and repair.

The room and bathroom were clean with towels and essential toiletries. The check in process on an iPad was easy and there were plenty of staff on hand for help with this and checkout. The location is ideal for theatres , cinemas etc being in Piccadilly and close to Leicester Square, China town, Covent Garden and Soho. The hotel seemed very busy in the reception area but once in your room we heard no other noise. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. We would definitely stay here again as the price is reasonable considering location.

Staff was awful the room was filthy. Loved the location but everything else was awful. Never staying here again no matter how convenient everything was
