เป็นโรงแรมที่อยู่กลางเมืองเลย ออกมาจากโรงแรมก็มีร้านอาหาร ผับ บาร์ รอบโรงแรม สถานที่ตั้งดีมากแต่ห้องพักที่ได้ก็เล็กมาก กระเป๋าเดินทาง2ใบไม่สามารถเปิดใช้งานพร้อมกันได้ ห้องน้ำเล็ก ไม่มีหน้าต่างในห้อง ถ้าเช็คเอ้าท์แล้วต้องการฝากกระเป๋าเดินทางต้องเสียเงินอีก15ปอนด์

The future of travel? You can check in and out without speaking to another human being... Pros: My room (single pod) was fine - small, as expected, with a nice bathroom area and sufficient hooks for hanging things as well as a raised flat area for bags and shoes. It seemed to be the cheapest place I could find that wasn't a hostel or shared bath. Cons: The housekeeping bit is confusing... I gather from their web site that they only clean once every 4 days (for me it was 5), but they come in every day to change towels (why?) but don't check if the toilet roll supply needs replenishing (annoying!). In fact, the only time I needed to talk to someone was to ask for more toilet paper! It's also a challenge to be in a room with no windows, but again, that was expected.

This hotel was wonderful for me. Check-in and check-out are done on a touch panel, and if you have any questions, the staff will help you. The room was very clean. There are no amenities or a hair dryer, but I knew that in advance, so it wasn’t a problem. There was an issue where hot water didn’t come out of the shower, but when I asked the staff, they fixed it right away. The hotel is located in the middle of a busy downtown area, so there are plenty of restaurants nearby. You can get to the airport or the Eurostar station without transferring. They can keep your luggage after check-out for a fee. If I visit London again, I will definitely stay here.

Well, size of rooms for one / When you had a shower, the water leaked everywhere / Had to change rooms because of the noise from the club on the 4th floor / very expensive food and water machines / centrally ideal for location, perfect with that!

The walk to the room from the elevator was quite far and not clearly marked, making it a challenge to find.

Simple self check-in, basic and functional room, and great price for the location.

My first room was too hot so I had to change it.

Shower drain smelt really bad, making the room stink. This morning only cold water was available to shower in, just what you want in November at 6am morning.

Easy check in and out. Room was clean and spacious. But the toilet is really tall and I'm 5'7.

Perfect location - very minimalistic and not much help from staff. Luggage storage is £15 per bag (!)

The room was lush, we had the bunk beds in Cocoon 8 as there was 6 of us and with kids, they loved it. There was no table/chairs to sit as you don't always want to sit on the bed...and there was a wall Infront so you couldn't see the other person's on the bed...hence a seat of some sort. The luggage they charge you £15 per bag if you want to leave your luggage as you'd probably do as you've arrived earlier than check-in. We did have a big case and a little case and the gentleman gave us a deal for the both for £15 on each day. It's still a bit much though as you've paid an extra price to stay in the room, surely that could be thrown in. There's no tea/coffee in the room, but there are OVERPRICED vending machines or there's a McDonald's around the corner. To substitute the coffee they could have given the luggage free of charge. The girl on the desk wasn't helpful at all with the bags, another man did say the luggage guy gave us a deal and he was fab to be fair. It was lovely, but wouldn't stay there again 🙂
