Great location, quiet room. Mattress too soft for our liking, otherwise a comfortable stay

Excellent location. Beware of extras. Early book in is £45 before 15:00 and it’s £15 per bag if you want to leave them there. They are prepared to haggle 2 bags left for the price of one which made it a bit more annoying. Rooms were quiet and clean and toilet and shower also good and clean. Couldn’t be a better location for theaters good value too.

Great night sleep

Room was clean, though small, but for the price it was a good deal. Located minutes walk from bus stops and the tube making it a great locations for those on the go. The room did not have many perks. It would be for people on a budget. The rooms really were soundproof except for the hall traffic. We hardly heard anything.

Terrible rooms floor plan and design at arrival greeted by employees who said he was going to help us out and help check in early offered us and upgrade to a room we excepted gladly and was told to wait to make sure that our new room was cleaned and ready to once we got the the new room that could’ve doubled as a hospital suit which was very much of a downgrade from the room we purchased we went back to the lobby were told that nothing could be done not even give us the room we originally ordered and paid for after some back and forth and asking for a refund so we could take our business elsewhere at that point the room that we booked suddenly became available the place have no actual beds just twin mattresses on the floor no chairs some rooms no shower just shower curtains I was in London visiting family and friends and I wouldn’t stay and that hotel if I was paid to much less ever pay them again to Stay there in all the moving of room I left a pair of black Versace shades to were I was told that no one had seen that at any point this review is a warning for all people traveling to London it is much cheaper to Stay anywhere else that opportunity that people who own that place need to be fired the place closed and set on fire they shouldn’t be allowed to operate and lie to there guests at every turn there isn’t a fridge microwave or a chair in the whole hotel the zedwell is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and i do not recommend anyone every stay there say no to zedwell

Very clean and great lication

Worst hotel ever. Amenities locking, room was like Arctic cold, my partner got sick after that. Those attendants outside and their manager could not be bothered about things i.e. our hotel room temperature. They were very inattentive, lack hospitality and were rude. The only good thing was their location. Hotel is actually earning so much money every day but they can’t even invest in proper amenities and staff training. Such a shame.

Liked the stay, it was good for the price, only need to fix the soap dispensers and add a toilet paper holder. The rooms were a little hard to find as the elevator would drop you off in different parts of the floor or the signs were dark.

Staff there to support check in or out. Fantastic location in the centre of the city, perfect for theatre land and exploring the capital. Cacoon room works so well, it's extremely peaceful despite everything going on around the location. Would be very happy to stay again

Only stay here if you are very very comfortable with your traveling group. The bathrooms in the rooms are frosted glass walls/door so when one goes to the toilet/have a shower you can see/hear everything.

Staff needed to respond more quickly to a school party running up and down the corridor keeping people awake.
