The worst hotel that I ever stay , no service no quality, no one even help when I need anything in the room and u need to walk to ground floor but the staff service is bad too ,the room without tv, window … even some basic equipment also no if u enjoy no fresh air please feel free to stay

Good location

雖說在熱鬧的市中心，但是四周環境髒亂。房間樓層跟迷宮一樣穿過了幾條走道才走到房間，雖說在訂房時已經知道平方米，但是缺乏吊掛與收納功能，整個空間上要容的下兩個大人帶兩個行李箱還是很困難。廁所連通淋浴間，淋浴間並沒有門，沒有蓮蓬頭只有花灑，洗完澡整個廁所都是水，腳踏墊也無可避免的吸滿水，差點滑倒。由於空間小、廁所又滿地水，洗完澡要整理一下自己和衣物都非常不方便。完全不推薦給前來倫敦旅行的遊客，如果你是個人輕便旅行除外。 雖說這地點就在熱鬧的市中心，但我相信倫敦有其他會更好且交通便捷的選擇。

The location is fantastic! It’s just a stone’s throw away from Chinatown. Now, I must admit, the room has no windows, so it might feel a tad confined at times. But overall, I had an incredible time. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay truly memorable.

No Table, no any cup in the room. A bit inconvenience. Location is good!

Goods - location was excellent, right at heart of London - clean room with necessary amenities (shampoo, shower gem) - helpful staff provides assistance during check-in, since you won’t get a reservation number if booked from hotels.com Room for improvement - it was difficult to find your room since the floor layout was like a maze. I couldn’t image if there is a fire, the guests will have a very difficult time to find the stairs - there is no desk in the room. If you’re on business trip and needs to work on your laptop, you won’t be able to do that on a desk - the room wasn’t really sound proof as there are people running (not sure why they are running) early in the morning (around 6am)

I am very disappointed with there are no supplies such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, even a bottle of water.

The room has no windows and the toilet glazing is quite transparent. The beddings were unclean with a lot of stains visible. We asked for extra pillows because of the blood stains on them and that’s probably where the bed bugs came from. We discovered a few bed bugs the next morning and told the staff. They gave us a new room, took our luggages for bed bug spray/ steam treatment, but refused to provide laundry services for our pyjamas. The steamed items were just left on the lobby floor, luckily no one took them. The only thing they offered for compensation was late check out which we refused as who would stay longer in such place??? Besides, 15 pounds per item for luggage storage is ridiculously expensive; it also costs 10 pounds for a hair dryer.

We were a bit worried after reading the bad reviews but this hotel was great. The location was 10/10, right next to theatre shows, Soho, Piccadilly Circus, china town. We could not fault the staff they were very helpful, the lobby smells amazing when you walk in. Rooms were spacious, quite minimal but as it’s intended to be. The air conditioning worked great. The only reason why I didn’t give 5* is because unfortunately this hotel is connected to a night club which plays very loud booming music until 3am. If you are on the right side of the hotel (which we were) then you will hear the bass pounding all night until 3am. This was a massive shame because we would have stayed here again in future but unfortunately this has put us off staying again. If you have this hotel booked I recommende taking headphones just in case.

Less than I even expected

Det är verkligen basic med endast det nödvändigaste i rummet: sängar, badrum, bagagehylla, eluttag (inkl. laddare), lakan och handdukar förstås. Jag blev positivt överraskad att det fanns tvål och schampo. Vi var tre personer och fick ett rum med två 160 cm (?) sängar. Funkade, men inte idealiskt - hade varit bekvämare med tre enkelsängar. Rummet var utan fönster men ventilationen fungerade väl och det var relativt ljudisolerat (dock inte när ett antal angränsande rum hade ”fest” mitt i natten). Vi saknade någon sorts avlastningsyta. Med två resväskor och endast plats till en på bagagehyllan fanns bara golvet, sängarna och smala hyllor ovanför dem. Det saknades också någonstans att sitta, bara sängen, även om vi inte var där så mycket förutom för att sova. Funktionellt och rent, men jag kommer inte att boka detta nästa gång vi är i London.

Great location

The hotel has a great location and the staff are very friendly. The only drawback is that the rooms lack basic amenities, and the area outside the hotel is messy and smelly, so it's probably only suitable for very short-term stays.

I have never stayed at a hotel like this before . When you think bare necessities well that is what you get . Walking into the room was like walking into a morgue, no kidding. I would think twice about ever going to stay at that hotel . We were asked to pay to leave our luggage for £15 each luggage as my friend and I were going to see a show at 2.30 pm so we didn’t want to carry our luggage with us to the theatre. All in all not a good experience at all .

This is a bare-bones pod hotel, just as advertised. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, but lacking in general amenities, such as a nightstand, a television or even a hairdryer. Our room did not have a window, but the bathroom was a good size and, overall, it met our needs. It’s very dark inside, but the ambient conditions were such that it allowed us to have a good nights sleep without street noise, etc. I would liken this hotel to a discount airline, intent on nailing guests for every little item. We arrived a couple of hours early and they told us that we could have early check-in for 40£. When we declined that option, and asked if they would store our bags, we were told the cost was 15£…for each bag!!!. The self check-in was also pretty clunky and there were very few people working to assist those checking in. Overall, it was a pain in the ass. It was fine for a night but I would not recommend it for a multi-night stay. The location was very convenient and public transportation was handy.

This is a no frills hotel but ideal if you only need somewhere to sleep. It was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was very efficient. Nice rainfall style shower. The staff were helpful, if needed.

The hotel is in a VERY central location in London (and has air conditioning). It is within walking distance to many West End theaters ( Carnaby/SoHo/Covent Garden/Leichester Square) as well as shopping areas on Oxford, Regent and Piccadilly streets. It also has a tube station just steps away, as well as easy access to many bus lines or the famous black cabs. This made the hotel a great choice for a London first timer. I enjoyed the hotel. It was quiet and definitely enough room for our party of 3 (three person room). If you are on the minimalistic side, you will love it here. They do have special rooms on alternating floors for hair dryers and irons, as those are not in your rooms (and I believe there was laundry service as well- but we did not use it). I only have small critiques surrounding service/contact to get items- such as toilet paper, towels and extra pillows. Housekeeping did not come to our room in our 6 day stay, so we often had to ask employees in the lobby for items we needed. I would also recommend bringing a nightlight, as our room (and many others according to the evacuation map), do not have windows and it was pitch black at night. We often left on a light in the bathroom to navigate when needed, but it was still too bright. I definitely would recommend a stay here if you like close proximity to food, theater and pubs.
