Good location

雖說在熱鬧的市中心，但是四周環境髒亂。房間樓層跟迷宮一樣穿過了幾條走道才走到房間，雖說在訂房時已經知道平方米，但是缺乏吊掛與收納功能，整個空間上要容的下兩個大人帶兩個行李箱還是很困難。廁所連通淋浴間，淋浴間並沒有門，沒有蓮蓬頭只有花灑，洗完澡整個廁所都是水，腳踏墊也無可避免的吸滿水，差點滑倒。由於空間小、廁所又滿地水，洗完澡要整理一下自己和衣物都非常不方便。完全不推薦給前來倫敦旅行的遊客，如果你是個人輕便旅行除外。 雖說這地點就在熱鬧的市中心，但我相信倫敦有其他會更好且交通便捷的選擇。

The location is fantastic! It’s just a stone’s throw away from Chinatown. Now, I must admit, the room has no windows, so it might feel a tad confined at times. But overall, I had an incredible time. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay truly memorable.

No Table, no any cup in the room. A bit inconvenience. Location is good!

Goods - location was excellent, right at heart of London - clean room with necessary amenities (shampoo, shower gem) - helpful staff provides assistance during check-in, since you won’t get a reservation number if booked from hotels.com Room for improvement - it was difficult to find your room since the floor layout was like a maze. I couldn’t image if there is a fire, the guests will have a very difficult time to find the stairs - there is no desk in the room. If you’re on business trip and needs to work on your laptop, you won’t be able to do that on a desk - the room wasn’t really sound proof as there are people running (not sure why they are running) early in the morning (around 6am)

I am very disappointed with there are no supplies such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, even a bottle of water.

The room has no windows and the toilet glazing is quite transparent. The beddings were unclean with a lot of stains visible. We asked for extra pillows because of the blood stains on them and that’s probably where the bed bugs came from. We discovered a few bed bugs the next morning and told the staff. They gave us a new room, took our luggages for bed bug spray/ steam treatment, but refused to provide laundry services for our pyjamas. The steamed items were just left on the lobby floor, luckily no one took them. The only thing they offered for compensation was late check out which we refused as who would stay longer in such place??? Besides, 15 pounds per item for luggage storage is ridiculously expensive; it also costs 10 pounds for a hair dryer.

Excellent hotel

Excellent stay, right in the heart of London - couldn’t have been better placed. The only thing we can fault it on, and we’re nit picking here, there is no facility to get a hot drink after 6.30pm within the hotel. A hot drink vending machine would have been useful.

Clean room, small but ok, nice bathroom, quiet, great location

The mattress is wider than the bedframe. I fell if the bed. There is no cleaning service, no tv in the room, and no windows

Avoid ...photos are fake, besides the location it is a really a bad hotel, the rooms are terrible it looks more like a prison cell that an hotel room, no windows which is terrible in itself as you need to leave to light on, else it feels like a black hole,...but also no TV, no bed table, no bed light, no chair, no shelves,.. nothing just two old beds, nothing else...ZERO FURNITURE to put your suitase, your book, no ensuite shower just a cheap ikea style show curtain...it is a tourist trap a SCAM...they know nobody will return to such a bad place so they don't care. Really depressing place even just to spend 2-3 nights...just avoid.

Location only good thing about this hotel. Really disappointed from the minute we arrived. Main entrance was more like a fire exit/side door out of a night club. When we got into the reception area there was no warm welcome from staff, check in was self service via online screens. A few staff members looked on but not at all helpful. Check in not available until 3pm. My elderly parents and I arrived at the hotel approx 12pm after travelling many hours with 2 small hand luggage to attend theatre at 2pm, so I approached a member of staff to ask if we could store our luggage. I was told we would be charged £15 per item, therefore £30 or we could pay £40 early check in. I have stayed in many hotels across the world and never been charged to store luggage, it has always been a free courtesy. I felt completely conned by this and noticed many others being caught the same way. I asked if there was anywhere else to store luggage in the locality and staff just answered "I don't know". I have since discovered there is a luggage storage near Piccadilly underground charging £5. We reluctantly paid the early check in fee hoping to relax in our room before venturing out, but absolutely no facilities in the room, not even a chair and the beds are on the ground not good for my parents at all. The whole hotel was dark and gloomy with no natural light, lights constantly on. No privacy, with toilet behind a misted glass door & no shower door. Very basic, stayed in more comfortable budget hotels

We left this property an hour after checking in. The room was like a prison cell. No windows, no closet, no tv, full size bed. It was clean but it definitely was not what we will consider a hotel room for an extended vacation. We called to see if we could get a bigger room even if we had to pay for it and we were told that the hotel followed a minimalist Japanese aesthetic and all the rooms were the same. After much prodding they offered to change us to a “family” cocoon por an extra 600 pounds. I asked for pictures of said room and they sent me to an email. An email, not a website. That’s when we decided to pay more than double that amount of money but moved to a real hotel suites to our needs. On the positive side the room was very clean but please be sure you know what you are getting into if you decide to stay there.

We contacted the hotel prior to arrival due to concerns regarding negative reviews. They assured us that room wouldn’t be problematic. Upon check in, one member was rude and repeatedly said she didn’t want to know about tour concerns or email exchange. If you arrive early you pay additional fees, if you don’t pay them and prefer to leave your luggage, you pay additional fees. Check out time is also early, I think they said 10am. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Location is good.
