The property looks news and modern; however, sadly the cleanliness is horrible. Our snick toilet and shower had black mold, the soap dispenser were empty, dirty and not to be trusted. Beds at first glass look fine; however after getting closer you will find other guest’s hair, dust and worst it had little animals. We woke up with some sort of bites. Complete disgusting. I would like a refund

Good service and excellent

The best of the hotel is the location. The room we we stayed didn’t have a window. We couldn’t see anything , not even able to see the bathroom. The bathroom wall was a very transparent glass wall . The fist night we stay, there was barely soap or toilet paper, neither shampoo. You ask them and take time for them to replenish it . No hand towel. This hotel if for people that want to sleep and go out.

Basic hotel but great location.

The room was not a regular room, no table, no TV, no refrigerator

Staff gave instructions upon arrival that we had to check ourselves in at kiosk, but to wait 30 mins. After waiting as instructed, nobody said anything so finally we asked if we could check in and they said yes and looked at us like we should have known. The same thing happened to other people. Generally just a cold feeling, it wasn't that anybody wasn't nice it was just that they didn't really seem to care. Mostly what bothered us was workers standing there that could have helped, but the process was self check in. The irony was we couldn't connect to their Wi-Fi until after check in, and to get a reservation number we needed it as our email we couldn't access. The whole thing was a huge hassle, probably took 30+ mins. Then they had to explain to us how to activate room keys. Again this is just one of those things they ended up having to do for us. The computer flashed our room number briefly so again they had to pull our information up. The whole thing was MUCH harder than it needed to be. For that reason alone we would never stay there again. Room was extremely hard to find even after 2 days, no map, no instructions. Place is just a maze and too big. Hotel layouts are pretty easy, this was a nightmare. AC couldn't be adjusted, room was extremely hot. Brought a portable travel fan, as we read this was a common problem. Thankfully we were prepared, or we never would have been able to sleep. I would not recommend this place and will never return.

Pros: Very convenient location in the heart of the city, clean space. Cons: Rooms are literally just a bed and washroom, all other amenities are extra. No table or chair in the room but there is sufficient space to open up luggage on the ground. Very dark inside, tripped a few times as there are some uneven carpet areas which are not well lit.

We stayed there on two separate occasions about two weeks apart. We had a terrible time checking in because the property did not recognize the booking via Expedia. During our first time checking in, we had about a half an hour delay, but we ultimately got the correct room. During our second day we had over an hour delay and we’re not able to get the room that we reserved and had to have our family split up into three different rooms.

Liked the calm atmosphere when walking in, very quiet inside the hotel and rooms, the location was perfect. Need a hairdryer in the room and the check in tablets weren’t working, but the receptionist helped with the check in.

Room was nice. No cups to drink from or a table to put your belongings on. Very sparse.

Awesome place to stay

I didn't like the fact that the rooms had no television or phones. Room service was not available. The bed was too soft causing me to have a backache. The gym was 10 pounds each day to use, unheard of. There were no windows in the entire facility. If you like comfort, this is not the place for you.

The staff was not friendly or helpful at all. Charged a ridiculous high fee to store luggage until the room was ready.

Quiet off the street location Simple rooms.

Likes: It is easy access to everything! It was quiet, clean and easy to move about. Dislikes: There were no windows, rooms are small, it's like a maze to find the room and no real privacy in the bathrooms.
