really enjoyed our stay but was really surprised there was no kettle or place to hang clothes. if this hotel put this in place it would be 5 star as the hotel & location was 2nd to none. only other thing was getting charged for our luggage to be looked after while our train was scheduled. that was after we had to pay 40 pound to check in early even though our room was ready. great stay though lol

The location was excellent. The bed comfortable. The bathroom ok. The room was more like a prison cell with not a single piece of furniture just two hooks on the wall. No chair or table or drawers etc In fact a prison cell would have more And of course no tv or tea making facilities Talk about basic !!!

The staff were very courteous and helpful and this property would be more appreciated by a younger crowd, say in the 20’s. How ever being a couple in or 50’s we did not like the frosted glass bathroom walls, the lack of a dresser/wardrobe, the absence of a night stand, the mattresses being on the floor, lack of chairs to sit in, or bathroom space to put your toiletry bag(s). Everything was on the floor. Everything was on the shower floor. And if you use washcloths, bring your own because they are not supplied.

Very modest room, minimum-minimum. There is not a single chair. The shower is modern but the water has no boundaries.

The property is located in a great area, close to all public transportation. It was easy getting here. The only down side to this hotel is that they don’t let you check in early without paying -40 to 60 pounds depending on the time. And they charge 15 pounds to leave your luggage before our after your stay. I’ve never had a hotel charge me to leave my luggage. Other than this small mishap the location is great and the hotel was clean.
