Clean, friendly, convenient close to the road

The hotel has a very relaxing rooftop area, and there's also a shared kitchen. The place is larger than I expected, clean, and peaceful.

The Nova Hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to access attractions like Do Son and Cat Ba. The whole place was clean and comfortable.

I had an amazing stay with a stunning view of Phuong Luu Lake from my room. I loved waking up to the beautiful lake right outside my window—such a perfect spot to relax.

I was truly impressed by the view from my room, which overlooked the lake. My room was on a high floor, and every morning, I woke up to the peaceful sight of the serene lake.

Nova impressed me with its excellent cleanliness, from the lobby to the rooms. The bathrooms are spacious, modern, and fresh. It's a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and a clean stay.

I found The Nova Hotel to be in a perfect location, just a short distance from the city center. It's easy to get to popular spots like Do Son and Cat Ba. Plus, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes

The hotel has a very chill rooftop area, and there is also a shared kitchen. Although it's a shared kitchen, it is kept very clean and tidy, so I often used it to cook simple meals when needed. Even if you're in a large group, you can also have hot pot there (I saw a few groups doing that).

We had a wonderful vacation at The Nova Hotel. The view from the room overlooking the city impressed me greatly. From the bedroom, I could see the entire city with its bustling streets. This is definitely one of the highlights of the hotel.

Not only is the room clean and the location convenient, but The Nova hotel also gave us a room with a view of the children's playground. This made our trip even more wonderful.

The Nova Hotel provided me with a truly pleasant stay, thanks to the view from my room overlooking the kindergarten garden. My room was on a high floor, and from there, I could see the lush garden and the spacious area. The surrounding greenery around the kindergarten created a peaceful atmosphere, helping me relax. It is an ideal place for those seeking tranquility during their trip.

The hotel may not be the newest, but it leaves a strong impression with its excellent cleanliness. Although some of the equipment is old, the room is always kept clean, with no dust or dirty items. The work desk and sleeping area are tidied up every day, creating a comfortable atmosphere. For me, a place that is this clean is enough to have a relaxing stay.

The receptionists are super cute, the security guard is gentle, the rooms are very clean, comfortable, fully equipped, modern. They rent motorbikes at reasonable prices for convenient transportation, in general everything is great. Will stay here again if I have the chance to come to Hai Phong again!

Sạch sẽ, nhưng mới đầu vào phòng hơi hôi mùi chân thối, điều hoà với quạt 1 lúc cũng hết, với lại nước nhỏ giọt hơi ồn chút, chú ý xử lý lại là oke, hài lòng!!!!!
