What we needed was near by!

Small but ok for one person but I guess they were working on a room or the building a lot of hammering at the time of my stay!

La ducha no calentaba, era demasiado pequeño y muy poco iluminación, El desayuno demasiado básico.

Muy decepcionante experiencia. No recomiendo este hotel. El hotel se ve bonito por la decoración, pero eso es prácticamente lo único bueno que tiene. La limpieza y el mantenimiento son muy malos. Las camas estaban sucias, con sábanas manchadas, llenas de pelos y hasta con manchas que parecían sangre. Además, las sábanas olían horrible, como a viejo y sudor. Cuando lo mencionamos, en lugar de cambiarlas, nos dijeron que podían traer otra sábana para poner encima y que durmiéramos sobre las sábanas sucias. Nos cambiaron de habitación varias veces y todas tenían el mismo problema. Llegamos a las 9:30 p.m. y ya eran las 12:30 de la madrugada y todavía estábamos cambiando de cuarto, cuando al día siguiente tenía que levantarme temprano para un tour. El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado, solo ventanas abiertas, lo cual no se siente muy seguro, y además te dan abanicos viejos y sucios que hacen muchísimo ruido. Finalmente nos dieron otra habitación solo para pasar la noche; tenía jacuzzi pero ni siquiera se podía usar. El servicio también fue muy malo. Pedí comida y con todo el cambio de habitaciones ni siquiera pude comerla, y nadie se ofreció a ayudar ni a calentarla. En general, el hotel necesita mantenimiento y limpieza urgente, ya que los pasillos, pisos y habitaciones se ven descuidados y sucios. Me arrepiento mucho de haber reservado aquí. We loved our experience there. The staff was very nice. The only downside was the bed was super hard. The rooms didn’t have air conditioning, but we didn’t feel like it was a problem because our room never got too hot. Liked that they closed the gate at night and would be ready to open as soon as you arrived. Would stay here again!

Everything was exceptional I had such a great experience staying there, highly recommended. Definitely will be back.

Over all the room and the service was good But there was heavy noise from construction in the hotel early morning and late night that made it hard to sleep The location was good also near to metro

Great location. The staff was super helpful an very friendly! I had trouble with my hot water a they came to my room to personally help me with the issue every time. 10/10 would recommend

Room is very small and the bathroom is horrible. Food is not good

Included breakfast was minimal but there were additional options that were very reasonably priced. The bed is rock-hard — literally the same as laying on the floor. The water was hot and had good pressure. The location was a short walk from Zocalo plaza. The walls were pretty thin and we often heard the neighbors.

I have one day not sleep and i get to thw hotel at 6pm and there under reconstruction making crazy noise. I go to the front desk and the dont give me and option... really bad staff specially

Bed was firm no saggyness. Had a couple problems but they were more than helpful. Would ne nice to have a couple English channel but its all good. The food in yhe hotel was good too.

I didn’t like it. The room was too small; it didn’t feel like a proper room, but more like a very small cabin. There was no place to sit, not even a single chair, and not enough space to put one. The blanket wasn’t clean and had a bad smell. Also, there was no airport shuttle service.but staff was very nice and friendly.

The room was gorgeous. Night king size bed and loved the terrace with jacuzzi. Really nice touch. The main bartender/ server in their restaurant was top tier. Recommended the best foods and made us great drinks. Good conversation and recommendations.

The staff was very nice and helpful . The room was decently clean, but it was cold.

It was ok

It was a hit and miss experience. The first day I checked it was great. Andrea really goes above and beyond for the guest. I had complimentary drinks in the mini fridge. I asked for additional water and it was free of charge on day 1. After that, the additional two days different people at the desk told me I can buy more water at an additional cost. It was confusing. They don't have air conditioning but provided me with a fan. The rooms have a nice rustic antique look to them. The sink is tricky as the water pressure and the way you have to turn it on caused me to get water everywhere the first time. I quickly learned how to use it and it is great now. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic. The hot water is very hot. Be careful. The cleaning lady was very nice and polite. All the staff were nice and polite. Just some mix ups with timing of my cleaning and the complimentary water on the first day not for the entire stay. It's in a good location. It took me 20 minutes to get to the historical center and it was great. A lot of food options close or use Uber Eats/Didi if you prefer delivery. The breakfast that is included is terrible. They only offer fruit, coffee, and juice. You have to pay more for eggs, chilaquiles, enchiladas, etc. They could do more to improve that part of the hotel. But it is very Boutique and Schick. Lots of Mexican art and culture throughout the hotel. Overall an enjoyable experience. I'll update more later.
