Everything was perfect

Very large room with many amenities. The traditional Japanese style bathroom was nice and the location was convenient for most things. Only two cons were the beds and the fact that we paid for a room with a washer/dryer but did not get one (was being serviced). Not a huge deal since they have laundry facilities for all guests, but worth noting as it was different than described in the booking. The beds were not very comfortable, mostly lacking good pillows. Overall great stay and would recommend!

Since this is an 'angel' staffed hotel I was actually surprised there was a staff at the front desk. But I also knew I would have to seek shipping my luggage elsewhere. Rooms are locked with a passcode lock which is a little concerning since if someone knew your code they could get into your room. But it was still mostly convenient for a short stay. Room was mostly as pictured, although a little more cramped than pictured.

The amenities were very poor for the price of the room.

We stayed on the 5th floor. Rooms were quiet, very clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. The location was great; most things were within walking distance. We walked our luggage to the Yamato Transport office at the Omicho Market which was super convenient. The courtesy umbrellas were a great save when it rained.

Did not have breakfast here. But really liked the Japanese style room, nice clean bathroom and toilets. I was however frustrated by how difficult it is to smoke a cigarette in Kanazawa, with absolute lack of smoking zones/areas/rooms.

Not a great experience as the laundry machine in suite did not work and it was the main reason we booked at this location.

Stayed in the Comfort Twin Room, 1 Queen Bed with Sofa bed, Non Smoking, Refrigerator. The room was very spacious for two people. The Air conditioner worked very well and could be set to 18 degrees Celsius. The mattress is firm. The bed frame and overall bed configuration is similar to a futon and very close to the floor. If you have bad knees, I might suggest confirming if there is an accessible room available. Hotel provides basic amenities, and offers umbrellas to use during your stay. Hotel is modern, very clean, very comfortable and well situated.

The check-in experience is terrible, as there is no front desk, and one needs a fully charged smartphone to complete the check-in. There is not even a terminal as a backup option. If one has any last-minute needs, tough luck. What is expected from a capsule hotel is not acceptable for that type of hotel. Also, please change these motion-activated lights in the rooms: night lights are needed, not spotlights. And lose the bed platforms in such narrow settings.

Great location for walking around Kanazawa. Great food choices and convenience stores locally All we needed in accommodation for a few days. Good room. Best shower I have used anywhere.

Very lovely property with helpful staff! It was super close to all major touristy spots (ex. Kanazawa Castle, Garden, Market)

Clean and very comfortable space, large room with air conditioning. Getting to and from the train stations was easy (straight shot, 20 minute walk). Convenient location with gardens and castle within walking distance. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Loved our stay! I was traveling with children and our 2 bedroom was plenty of space. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Kanazawa station is 15-20 minute walk.
