It was a pleasant experience staying here. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to popular restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was varied and suited our tastes.

Overall, it's okay for those who want to staycation with the family.

Booked a hotel via the app for 2 days and 1 night. Thankfully, all requests were granted by the Swiss Bellin Hotel, from our wedding anniversary greetings (mirror art, towel art, and a complimentary cake). We also requested a high floor and, ideally, an early check-in around 1 PM. Swiss Bellin is the best. 😭. The connecting room was unavailable for various reasons, but it wasn't a big deal for us. The breakfast was varied, but the taste wasn't to my liking. The swimming pool is closed until 7 PM, and swimming is prohibited if it's raining for guest safety. The location is very strategic and easy to find, close to culinary spots. All amenities are complete, from a hair dryer, soap, shaving kit, shower cap, and even cotton buds. The only thing missing is a comb. The water heater works well, the AC is cold, and the TV is smart, but Netflix requires you to log in using your own account. Luckily, the room we were staying in had a Vidio account belonging to a previous guest that hadn't been logged out, so we used it to watch 😊. Thank you to the owner of the account. The Wi-Fi is a bit unstable. Thanks for the service, Swiss Bellin🥰😍

A beautiful room with a truly stunning mountain view. The service was excellent, from the very fast check-in process, even allowing early check-in even though it was only 12 noon. The staff were all friendly and smiling. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I will definitely be back again.

Strategic location. Nice and friendly staff. Parking is a bit cramped.

Overall, everything is good, except that beside the swimming pool, there are free electronic cigarettes so we can inhale the smoke, where passive smoking is more dangerous, even though it is electronic, the nicotine is the same, dangerous.

2nd time... nice to stay here.. great and friendly staff. But I couldn't order an extra bed at this 4-star hotel because they only have 8. Please provide more extra beds for the high season. Will love to stay again. Thank you

I stayed there because the view of the mountain was extraordinary, the room was clean, the cleaning staff on duty were also very respectful, check-in was fast, without any fuss, I think it's good for family vacations or those who have business in the rainy city, Bogor.

It's a great choice to stay here. The hotel is nice, clean, and the food is delicious, and it's close to the city center.

Maybe the only thing lacking is the breakfast, like the fruit is no longer fresh, the sushi rice is still dry, and the intestine satay in the porridge is also not that tasty...

Clean, comfortable, lots of culinary places around the hotel

Staying at the Swiss-Belinn Bogor Hotel was a pleasant experience with the family for the umpteenth time, besides getting a good room in terms of views of 3 mountains at once and upgraded facilities for entertainment, such as Google TV really helped us in enjoying our vacation to relieve fatigue and busyness in Jakarta by breathing cleaner air, as well as enjoying the atmosphere of the restaurant & varied food along the road in front of the hotel and also the location is close to access to the toll gate.

Good hotel and good location too. Easy to access, very friendly and helpful hotel staff (good services and very good attitude), comfort room, clean enough. This might be my taste preference, I felt the breakfast taste not good enough as a 4 stars hotel. But sure will love to stay here again next time. Keep it up!

I got the room I requested, on the top floor with a great view. The room was fully equipped, quite spacious, with fairly fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. I didn't get my room key until around 3 p.m., but I was able to check out late, which was nice. The breakfast was delicious, but lacked variety, and the dining area wasn't very large. What was quite impressive was the friendliness of the staff, especially the front security guard. Keep it up, man.
