Thank you for the excellent service. Check-in was fast because the receptionist had the documents ready, and the room was also tidy. Thank you for the cake and fruit upon check-in. There were also snacks and ginger tea at night. Breakfast was delicious, the service was great, the pool was clean, and towels were provided. The kids were happy. Thank you 🙏

A hotel with excellent service. We received a welcome card with a delicious cake. In the evening, we received complimentary cookies and ginger tea, plus a free dinner for one person. Parking is ample in the front and basement areas. We got a room on the 11th floor, right next to the gym, with a stunning view. All the staff were friendly. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and everything worked well. The breakfast had a good variety, with only one or two items needing improvement. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

My first staycation here, the parking lot was full because there was a birthday celebration. The room wasn't soundproof, and I could hear the noise from the room next door, which was very noisy. The cold storage was broken, not cold at all and tended to be hot. That night, I asked the technician to replace it. The breakfast menu was standard, and the taste was also standard. What was most annoying was that all the cutlery was dirty; the plates, spoons, and glasses even smelled fishy. I lost my appetite. The best part was the delicious scent of the shower gel. When I got home, I waited in the lobby for my husband to take the car to the parking lot. When the car arrived, no one helped me carry my luggage.

We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belinn Bogor. The entire staff was incredibly warm and helpful.
