Booked this hotel for an anniversary, starting from entering the room, there were already cake slices, cut fruit, juice. Room cleaning was again at night (again available ginger tea & snacks), and upon check-out, they still gave a gift. Dinner time at the hotel restaurant, the buffet system and the taste was delicious, especially the coriander chicken 👍🏻. There was also wedang ronde, which was perfect when it was drizzling. For breakfast, the food was varied and all delicious. The lobby area is quite spacious, the room size is also spacious. Just a suggestion, in the bathroom the room should also be provided with a small faucet to make ablution easier. The rest is all okay, very memorable stay at this hotel. Thank you to the service and continued success.

The location is really close to Bogor's trendy eateries. Yesterday, I requested a mirror greeting for my son, and he also got a cake. The room's spaciousness, especially for us, as an active toddler, is a great help in keeping him from getting bored. Even though there's live music everywhere, it's barely audible from our room. Booked a hotel via the app for 2 days and 1 night. Thankfully, all requests were granted by the Swiss Bellin Hotel, from our wedding anniversary greetings (mirror art, towel art, and a complimentary cake). We also requested a high floor and, ideally, an early check-in around 1 PM. Swiss Bellin is the best. 😭. The connecting room was unavailable for various reasons, but it wasn't a big deal for us. The breakfast was varied, but the taste wasn't to my liking. The swimming pool is closed until 7 PM, and swimming is prohibited if it's raining for guest safety. The location is very strategic and easy to find, close to culinary spots. All amenities are complete, from a hair dryer, soap, shaving kit, shower cap, and even cotton buds. The only thing missing is a comb. The water heater works well, the AC is cold, and the TV is smart, but Netflix requires you to log in using your own account. Luckily, the room we were staying in had a Vidio account belonging to a previous guest that hadn't been logged out, so we used it to watch 😊. Thank you to the owner of the account. The Wi-Fi is a bit unstable. Thanks for the service, Swiss Bellin🥰😍

Overall, everything is good, except that beside the swimming pool, there are free electronic cigarettes so we can inhale the smoke, where passive smoking is more dangerous, even though it is electronic, the nicotine is the same, dangerous.
