Request tourism tax, slow response... and until now not received.

Room bathroom water pipe system is bad, water keeps getting stuck and the hotel breakfast refills are so slow!

Comfortable & clean accommodation, but there is room for improvement for families. My family and I stayed in a 2-Bedroom Premium room on June 2-4. Overall, we were very satisfied, especially with the level of cleanliness of the room. Special praise for the housekeeping team who did a great job! Advantages (Superb Facilities): The room equipment is very practical with a complete washer dryer and kitchen. The swimming pool facilities are clean with a beautiful view. Constructive Criticism for Management: As a family-oriented hotel, several aspects can be improved: No bidet: It is a bit difficult for istinja' and cleaning small children in the toilet. Please consider this. Access to filtered water in the corridor: A bit inconvenient for families who often need to mix milk. Providing a water jug in the room would definitely be more guest-friendly. Bathtub only in the main room: Maybe the hotel can offer a portable baby tub upon request for use in the second bathroom. Lack of children's facilities: The absence of a playroom or toy set/tent in the room is a loss. Initiatives like the "Kids Setup" will definitely enhance the family vacation experience. Conclusion: Citadines Prai has great potential and great service. With a few improvements to the basic family amenities, it will definitely be a top choice in Seberang Prai in particular.

Place is great! Worth the penny! I think it will be better though to add more western food in your breakfast. Just a thought.

Arrived around 8 PM and the check-in was smooth. Got room on high floor as per requested. Nice view from room. Overall, it was a good business stay here.

First love of this brand started from Citadines Sydney. Then followed by Georgetown and Prai. I love it the moment I step into the front door of this hotel. Very hospitality by the team and greeted with a smile from Mr. Mong and other hotel members. Free flow coffee 24 hours is love. Walking distance to foodies. Definitely will come back again

It's my 4th time checking in here! Love it. This is my second home away from work and stress. All perfect! For sure I will come again. Staff were very friendly. Room very clean and complete facilities!
