จริงอยู่ที่ทำเลของโรงแรมดีมาก อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟอูเอโนะ เดินไม่ไกลมาก แต่ไม่ประทับใจตั้งแต่ตอนเช็คอินแล้ว มีพนักงานหน้าฟร้อนท์ตั้งหลายคนแต่ให้แขกไปเช็คอินกับเครื่องอัตโนมัติเองไม่มีคอยช่วยบริการ พนักงานก็พูดภาษาอังกฤษรู้เรื่องบ้างไม่รู้เรื่องบ้าง และอยากจะคอมเพลนพนักงานผู้หญิงหน้าฟร้อนท์สุดๆแต่ไม่รู้ชื่ออะไรทำหน้าตาบึ้งตึงทุกครั้งที่เจอไม่มีใจจะทำงานบริการเลย แต่ที่รับไม่ได้สุดๆเลยคือห้องสกปรก ฝุ่นเยอะมากๆเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดเลย และที่หนักไปกว่านั้นคือทางโรงแรมควบคุมการเปิดฮีตเตอร์จ้าาา แขกผู้เข้าพักไม่สามารถปรับแอร์ได้นะ นอนร้อนๆทั้งคืน พอลงไปคอมเพลนบอกให้เปิดหน้าต่าง นี่มันใช่การแก้ปัญหาหรอ? เข้าพักที่ญี่ปุ่นมาหลายโรงแรมไม่เคยเจอโรงแรมไหนเป็นแบบนี้มาก่อนเลย ทำไมต้องมาควบ คุมอุณภูมิให้ห้องให้แขกด้วย จะคิดแทนทำไม? แต่ละคนเขาชอบไม่เหมือนกัน นี่สร้างความไม่สะดวกในการเข้าพักมากๆเลยนะ ลิฟท์ก็ช้ารอนานมาก แต่การเข้าพักครั้งนี้ถือว่าครั้งเดียวให้มันเป็นครั้งสุดท้ายพอ สุดจะทน ไม่แนะนำโรงแรมแย่ๆแบบนี้ 👎

Baru kali ini perjalanan ke Tokyo nginapnya di APA hotel grup. So far so good. Kamarnya di apa hotel Ueno Ekimae ini memang kecil, tapi karena pengaturannya yang baik jadi tidak terlalu terasa sempit. Walau kamarnya kecil tapi tempat tidurnya ukuran Queen, jadi kalau berdua tidurnya lega. Bener-bener gak nyangka soal bed ini karena pernah di hotel sekelas ini (bukan APA), bed-nya yang 120 cuma untuk berdua kebayang kan kecilnya itu kasur. Air mineral hanya dikasih 1 btl saat cek in saja. Tapi untungnya air di keran wastafel bisa diminum, jadi menghemat pengeluaran beli minum. Mau ambil es batu atau air dingin atau mau menghangatkan makanan di microwave bisa di lantai 2. Yang paling penting hotel ini dekat banget dengan stasiun UENO, asal tahu exit terdekatnya ya. Setelah muter-muter menjelajahi Exit terdekat dan ada lift-nya, nemulah exit 3B. So jangan panik ya yang mau nginep di sini, jangan asal keluar exit. Apalagi gotong-gotong koper gede naik turun tangga. Carilah exit 3B yang ada lift-nya. Gak jauh dari hotel ada sevel dan minimarket lainnya. Donki juga dekat. Gak ada yang jauh di Tokyo selama mau jalan kaki hehe. Yang lainnya sih memuaskan. Tiap malam bisa berendam di bathtub mini-nya untuk merendam badan dan kaki yang pegal habis jalan seharian 28 ribu langkah kaki. Oh iya, gak usah bawa baju tidur, disediakan kimono tiap hari buat dipakai tidur. Lumayan menghemat isi koper kan? Sayangnya gak ada moisturizer dan handbody di hotelnya. Padahal di hotel lain disediakan dalam bentuk sachet dan bebas diambil berapapun. Apalagi ini musim dingin. Anyway terima kasih apa hotel buat 4 harinya saya menginap di sana.

Got a twin delux room, good width, with a table to sit and eat. Dressing table and full length mirror at a reasonable price. The bathroom was quite spacious. Breakfast is a buffet with a variety to choose from. Near Ameyoko, Takeya, Toyota rent a car rental shop, walking distance, recommended.

Just okay, very small and compact, amenities great, overall just okay.

Room was a little tight for 2 with 2 big luggage. Hotel bed's design was brilliant with space to lie luggage flat under the bed. Plus size travelers like myself have to be careful as toilet is tight and have to cross into the tub to shower. Hotel has strict check-in check-out times, and it is chargeable at JPY1000 per hour if needed more time. Nonetheless, location is perfect in between 2 major train stations with lots of shops and stores within walking distance!
