Location of the hotel was great with Paddington only a couple of minutes walk away and shops/pubs/restaurants very close by.
The room itself was small but clean, shower was a decent size as they put the sink in the bedroom rather than tried to squeeze it in to the bathroom. Bed was a little on the small side for two people but was relatively comfortable.
No tea/coffee in rooms but there was facilities provided in the public area so was still available.
Some reviews complained about the trains and you do hear/feel the rumbles until about midnight but it’s really not that bad and don’t disturb. The hotel could do with making the doors close slower as there’s a lot of banging doors as they close quite heavy if you don’t hold them as they close.
Other thing is the staff need to chill a little on demanding the key back when you leave the hotel as every time my partner left to go outside to smoke he was asked, even though I was still in the room and it’s obvious he was just going for a smoke. They informed us to leave the key at reception when we checked in which is fine so don’t need the constant harassment about it every time one person just pops outside for 5 mins
