Although it's an older hotel, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are quite good. We booked two rooms and checked in quite late. Our phone request for adjacent rooms and the AC turned on in advance was met by the hotel staff. The receptionist was very helpful. We got rooms 201 and 202. For an affordable price, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, with First Media TV, cool AC (very important), a refrigerator, and a coffee/tea maker. The interior has been upgraded with better lighting. The sofa chair needed repairs; there was a tear and a small stain/hole on the bedsheet, but the sheets and pillows were clean and fragrant.
The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the shower worked well.
The receptionist and security staff were friendly and helpful.
The parking area is spacious and the hotel is in a strategic location.
A downside that needs attention is the dirty pool area, as if it hadn't been cleaned often. The water was green and mossy, making my child a bit afraid to swim, and in the end, he didn't, due to the abundance of leaf litter scattered around.
The hotel is right on the main road, so the noise from vehicles, especially racing motorcycles and noisy exhausts, is very disruptive, especially at night and into the early morning, as the rooms are not soundproof. Consider this if you need a quiet rest.
Otherwise, the facilities are fine; upgrading is needed to compete with nearby hotels.
