The room isn't soundproof enough. 4. Black mold on the ceiling or walls should be cleaned. 5. The sofa should be cleaned of stains. 6. The refrigerator should be replaced, as it may be old and not cooling enough. 7. There's no doormat. The good: 1. Wi-Fi. 2. Netflix and YouTube. 3. Spacious room. 4. Spacious bathroom. 5. Large closet.

The air conditioning is not cold enough, and there is still leftover food from the previous guest in the refrigerator. The hotel staff were friendly, and the location was close to Bogor Botanical Garden. The parking area is spacious.

The room is nice, but the facilities are old.

The hotel is poorly maintained: cobwebs in the room, no Wi-Fi at all, leaking roof, stains on the mattress, but thankfully, it smells good. Slippers were missing, even though I'd asked for them twice. The pool is 2.5 meters deep, even though it's not very large, but it's dangerous to be that deep. Why bother? The good news is that the YouTube channel is working fine, and the staff is friendly. Hopefully, this can be fixed.

The service is great, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious. It's perfect for families and children. It's centrally located, offers easy access to everything, and offers easy dining options. Check-in and check-out are hassle-free.

The room is spacious, quite clean, and has a refrigerator. I've stayed here three times, and this time I got one without carpet, which makes the floor feel cleaner.

Upon check-in, we were given a terrible room: it smelled of cigarettes, had a broken faucet, a torn chair, a broken lamp, and a window that wouldn't close properly—unfit to be called a hotel room. Only after complaining did we get a room upgrade. Even at night, the noise from outside was incredibly loud, and the room wasn't soundproof.
