The kitchen key needs to be updated often, the hotel is old, the bathtub drain is broken and needs to be fixed, the hotel's 4th floor kitchen is 18 HOROOOORRR, if you can change it right away, moms, the food is a little on the menu, the portions are small so it runs out quickly, the swimming pool is small at 2.5m, there is a shallow 90cm one, the kids drown,,, the chicken soup is filled with vermicelli without chicken, just eggs, IT SHOULD BE WRITE AS CHICKEN EGGS SOOTHE, I won't be back again, thanks

What needs improvement in the deluxe room: 1. If the pillowcases are gray, it's best to change them to white so they don't look dirty. 2. The air conditioner isn't working properly. 3. The room isn't soundproof enough. 4. Black mold on the ceiling or walls should be cleaned. 5. The sofa should be cleaned of stains. 6. The refrigerator should be replaced, as it may be old and not cooling enough. 7. There's no doormat. The good: 1. Wi-Fi. 2. Netflix and YouTube. 3. Spacious room. 4. Spacious bathroom. 5. Large closet.

The air conditioning is not cold enough, and there is still leftover food from the previous guest in the refrigerator. The hotel staff were friendly, and the location was close to Bogor Botanical Garden. The parking area is spacious.

The hotel is poorly maintained: cobwebs in the room, no Wi-Fi at all, leaking roof, stains on the mattress, but thankfully, it smells good. Slippers were missing, even though I'd asked for them twice. The pool is 2.5 meters deep, even though it's not very large, but it's dangerous to be that deep. Why bother? The good news is that the YouTube channel is working fine, and the staff is friendly. Hopefully, this can be fixed.

Upon check-in, we were given a terrible room: it smelled of cigarettes, had a broken faucet, a torn chair, a broken lamp, and a window that wouldn't close properly—unfit to be called a hotel room. Only after complaining did we get a room upgrade. Even at night, the noise from outside was incredibly loud, and the room wasn't soundproof.
