Positives: The room was clean. Housekeeping didn't clean out the fridge so there were 4 beers waiting for me when I arrived. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good. Negatives (in chronological order): There was a dude in the parking lot going through the dumpster for "empties". There is almost no parking. Much less spots than a hotel of this size would need. The night auditor checking us in didn't seem to know what he was doing. The shower in the room couldn't hold itself up so I had to shower with one hand holding the shower head in place.

Good place to stop for the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we liked that they had real plates, cutlery and cups. I feel that really cuts down on the garbage and we appreciate that.

Dirty, awkward layout to the room. Could barely enter or leave the room due to narrow entrance. Furniture was stained and small tv barely visible from bed

Nicely decorated, but that's it. Lobby, hallway and room was dirty. Bedding was stained and had hairs all over it, pillows had blood. So much hair and grim in the bathroom. Not a 3 Star Very disappointed and disgusting.

Upon arrival the lower lobby was not clean as the main lobby was. Superficially the hotel is clean, neat and tidy. It is good for an overnight stay. Breakfast was good. Bathroom did not have an actual door, it was a barn sliding door, which offers no privacy at all. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy.

Room ok, breakfast better some days than others. Motel had a restaurant at one time that’s now just the complimentary breakfast area. We told front desk that our shampoo bottle hanging in shower was empty, ignored.

Very pricey for what you got. Was not clean at entrance. The carpets were soiled in the hallway and room.

Beautiful, clean, newly renovated room! Friendly staff with great customer service. A quiet room ..truly peaceful with a comfortable bed. In the morning a breakfast with multiple choices of hot or cold breakfast choices. Great Value for money- Helen & Joseph

Room was nice and clean...looks like it was renovated not too long ago. The common areas need work, especially the entrance. Good breakfast included bacon, eggs and potato's.

I was forced to leave in the middle of the night after repeated knocking on my door by staff accusing me of calling 911. At one point the police arrived and told me the staff had sent them. The vending machine stole $10. The staff did not care. I was not refunded my money after I requested it and I will never use Expedia again nor will I ever stay at that hotel chain again. I am deeply disappointed in the customer service I received after being harassed and made to feel unsafe and unwelcome.

Breakfast was well supplied. Staff were friendly and helpful as we ended up staying longer than expected due to our vehicle breaking down.

The building was being renovated while we were there, and stairs and hall weren’t being cleaned. Furniture in the room was stained. Sheets had a tear. The bathroom door was a narrow ill -fitted barn door that gave no privacy or separation. The shower was small and without a door or curtain, so the floor got wet. This was an intentional design. The toilet roll holder was broken. The staff was not friendly nor helpful when we asked questions. The room was expensive, tacky, and a disappointment. We cannot recommend this hotel.

Great front desk team and staff. Quality room, and a good breakfast. Solid stay at Quality Inn.

Pet friendly. Near main strip, lots of dining short walk away. Room was spacious, clean. Cameras everywhere, security; felt safer than other places in Thunder bay. Great breakfast spread/ many options.

Property was under construction with dust in various public areas. Parking can be complicated, esp if you have lots of heavy luggage - suggest parking in the back first to unload as the elevator does not stop on the front desk level. We did like the internal open staircase - more hotels should do this! Near downtown Thunder Bay and walkable to the water - just cross the train tracks!

Clean room and parking was ok. Lot is not very big.
