Location, location, location. Literally minutes from Chapultapec park. The Polenco neighbor is a little pricy, but anything you could need is very close by. I also enjoyed how quirky the hotel was. My partner and I speculated that it may have been a former scientist's lab.

Private quiet place.

It was an excellent apartment. located in a prime location. There is noise from traffic if you are a light sleeper, but otherwise and great apartmet close to Chapultepec parks and Palenco neighborhood. Easy to find and the staff was super nice and helpful.

The hotel is super clean, we love the decoration, the location, and the staff is very nice and kind. Super safe, I totally recommend this hotel and we definitely plan to comeback!

This place was okay. There were no black out curtains so the sun would beam in, the bed was so uncomfortable my back started hurting and there was no full length mirror. There is no soundproofing, the walls are sooo thin you can hear everything from the next room over.

Todo estuvo super bien. La decoracion industrial y moderna del lugar capto nuestra atencion, esta muy bien ubicado y Gina y su companero en el front desk fueron espectacularmente amables. Regresaremos nos sentimos como en casa.

I really like the place. The staff was excellent. I checked in bc dry late the security guard after practicing my Spanish had my personal check in card already at the desk. The actual room was clean and modern and also had nice personality touches like a card with local places to go and also a nice stocked refrigerator with water soda and beer. During the day the staff were super helpful too. I had a room with no windows so I actually sleep better.

Fantastic property especially if sharing with a friend. We got the double room which had separate double beds and double sinks in the bathroom. Staff kept the room spotlessly clean everyday BUT sometimes forgot to replace all towels during our 8 night stay. They were not so responsive via email, but other than that we didn’t have any issues and would book again!

UTOPIC is located in a good area, very clean, good atmosphere, secure, the apartment was very spacious. Personally, I definitely considered for next stay.
