Clean and efficient Front desk check in professional and attentive

muito limpo, apartamento e novo e em otimo estado, muito silencioso.

I loved the hotel's decoration, especially all its art pieces, very modern and industrial. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. The room was comfortable, silent (I wasn't disturbed by next-door neighbors. However, I was not very pleased with my room not having windows. I also would have loved to have the bottles of water replaced daily, even if it is with a charge. I would also suggest lowering the temperature in the fitness room and having a water fountain.

Was a great property - our room didn’t have windows, which was a novelty for us and let us sleep perfectly with no noise! (But worth a caution if they would make you uncomfortable)

The location is great and the place is really nice

My friend and I stayed here for 9 nights and had an excellent stay! We booked a double suite and it was spacious, stylish, immaculate, and well run with friendly reception and security. We enjoyed daily housekeeping and option to use on site laundry services. As two females we felt completely safe in the area. It was easy to explore Polanco by foot or take a short UBER ride to Roma, Condesa or Juarez. We are already talking about coming to Mexico City again and would definitely recommend staying at UTOPIC Polanco by ULIV!

En una muy buena ubicación en Polanco, es práctico para llegar a reuniones en la zona y bastante limpio y tranquio por la noche.

This is an amazing property. Easily walkable to plenty of restaurants. I booked the Premium Suite with Spectacular Balcony, and the view was indeed spectacular. I woke up to a gorgeous sunrise every morning. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I loved this place. It’s in a very nice area (Polanco). There’s lots of great dinning/brunch places that are 6-13 mins walking distance, which I greatly enjoyed since the area is super nice! As for the room, it was very modern and aesthetic. When I come back to CDMX, I would stay here again.
