Outstanding hotel with 1st class hospitality! All staff were very welcoming, attentive and accommodating. Mahi (reception) & Shakti (pool area) along with so many others are worth a special mention. Hotel decor, rooms and ambience was amazing. Credit to the Taj brand. The breakfast with a live kitchen menu was a real highlight, along with the rooftop pool with views to remember.

The rooms are very clean and the staff is very kind and supportive. Whatever you need they will provide you on priority. The swimming pool big enough with beautiful view of mountains.

Property was amazing!!!!!

We really enjoyed this property in the heart of Jaipur. The restaurants had delicious Chinese and Indian food. Our driver's during our stay were amazing- shout out to Vikas and his brothers who ensured we completed all our shopping and sightseeing needs. Vikas picked us up from the airport as well. He was on time and made our trek to Taj Amer seamless. We felt safe the entire time we were in Jaipur. We wouldn't hesitate to return to the Taj Amer.

Poor security and discrimination displayed as 40-50 foreigners were allowed into the hotel WITHOUT any security scanning or checking their bags !!!!! Huge issue whereas when i checked in my 9 year old daughter was asked to scan her bag (right way to do ) but then why this discrimination between foreigners and Indians? Is this how all Taj properties are managed? I will raise this in other social platforms so all guests checking in Taj are alert Poor security and discrimination by Taj

The rooms are very well appointed. The staff thinks of everything and everyone is friendly, professional, and accommodating. Vivek and Chef Ram in the restaurant went way above and beyond what was expected and made us feel very much welcomed and appreciated.

A completely delightful experience.

We find the facilities at this hotel excellent - room was well maintained and comfortable with a good view, kids loved the games room with fussball and pool tables and the rooftop pool has beautiful views ( a bit cold in March ). Breakfast was also excellent. My slight knock was the amount the hotel was charging for cars ( both locally and long distance ), which were around 5 times the fair price and meant we had to self arrange Uber / local car services to tourist attractions and when we departed, which wasn’t something we’d experienced at similar properties at other local tourist areas.

Our stay is good but food is very bad. Breakfast & dinner is very spicy & tasteless.

Beautiful brand new hotel a bit far from city center but worth the distance if you enjoy comfort, quietness and luxury. Very close to Amber Fort, great gym and comfortable bedding definitely worth it!
