Nice hotel, nice view, they gave me a sea view balcony straight to the sea and city, spacious room, good bed, everything was very good and I like it. Try it when you come to Ternate.. Recommended

Very disappointed staying here, brought a motorcycle parked in the hotel parking lot, helmet missing. Asked security for help checking the CCTV, but couldn't, said IT was busy. If anyone else wants to stay here, don't forget to bring your helmet, bye.

Yesterday, I chose the deluxe single bed, but when I checked in, the receptionist said there were only twin beds left, but they helped me find a replacement. The only downside was that I wasn't given the Wi-Fi password, or maybe I didn't get it. Overall, everything was good, especially the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Atmosphere/Facilities: comfortable/adequate. Food: quite complete, only food refills take a while to be provided. Staff assistance: a bit slow. Highlights: first experience when check-in was a bit slow, there was only one receptionist when there were a lot of guests and there were no towels in the room. Price: reasonable.
