I’m stuck on the road and I couldn’t check in

The rooms are small and the sheets were worn. The front desk staff was helpful but cordial not super friendly. The restaurant does serve good food. But the location was great if your going to visit the Zócalo your a block away not much traffic down that street so not a lot noise. The windows could use screens to keep the mosquitoes out. But it does have AC and a fan.

If you are looking for location around Mexico City , ROBLE HOTEL has everything. Minutes away from Centro Historico, close to most popular museums, and train service minutes away from downtown. I really recommend it.

No spare blanket Usuly they give me a room on the street as well

The hotel is nice. But the rings are extremely small. Bed inches away from the door. Which serves as no privacy. Can hear everything. Which made hard to sleep. Also the bathroom has a step which we almost fell everytime. Very clean, high standards. But not for families. Name individual or couple.

All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Victoria was very nice. The room was clean and well mantained. The restaurant staff was also very attentive. I traveled with my daughter and we always felt safe here. They hold your luggage for free if your flight arrives early or leaves late. Would definitely stay here again.

Safe and close to Mexico Plaza and Airport. Has a nice restaurant

La ubicacion es ideal; todo esta cercas. La habitacion esta pequeña pero muy limpia; La cama muy comoda; agua caliente, muy buena presion de agua. No tuvimos que usar el AC porque estuvo fresco esos dias. Todo como en las fotos. Me sorprendio que limpiaron la habitacion cuando solo nos quedamos 2 noches. El check-in era a las 3 pm, pero como tenian disponibilidad, nos dejaron entrar a las 9 am sin ningun costo adicional. El check-out fue a las 12 (medio dia) y como nuestro vuelo era hasta las 11 pm, nos ofrecieron tener la habitacion hasta en la noche por un costo rasonable (e.g. 600 pesos). Pero como no necesitabamos la habitacion (porque queriamos seguir explorando), nos cuidaron nuestro equipaje hasta que regresamos por el como a las 8 pm sin costo. Tambien nos consiguieron transporte del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa. Todos muy amables. Lo unico que no me gusto es que la habitacion no tenia algun refrigerador pequeño para guardar bebidas. Y que una de las recepcionistas era un poquito sarcastica, seria, “seca,” inpaciente, no muy tolerante, o no muy amigable. Pero igual hay personas que asi son de caracter (fue algo minimo pero lo notamos). Definitivamente regreso a este hotel y se lo recomiendo a cualquiera aunque esta fue mi primera vez en CDMX.

I had a great experience! It was close to the zócalo, nearby many museums, and bakeshop and places to eat. It was comfortable experience and I would consider going back again.

Excellent place to tourist around Mexico city, but If you're going to a concert, I don't recommend it, traffic was awful in these areas. But the hotel was great!
