The staff were all super helpful but the property itself could be cleaner and better maintained. The floors were sticky and dirty, the blinds were broken and curtains had some rips in them, the shower smelled horrible. The whole suite could be cleaner.

The location was just perfect , 3 mins walk from Eyre square. Staff were great . Parking was extra across the road €12 for 24 hours . We booked a studio so we could have prepared breakfast but we didn’t. The only negative was we forgot our fast charger in the room and when we went back to get it there were 2 types of chargers but not ours and because we said they weren’t our one then they said they couldn’t give us either of them !!

We had a great stay. The twin room was a small apartment with two bedrooms leading off a little kitchen/diner. This was great as we had expected one room with twin beds. It was very comfortable. The discounted parking right across the road was a bonus and it was two minutes walk into the centre.

Were given a key card to an occupied room. Staff was very helpful in finding us room, but it took some time. The room was not clean by any means. Weird substance on the couch - so we did not use it. This is a student residence converted to a hotel, and feels that way.

This is a great place if you don’t mind the dorm like feel. They don’t have a restaurant but it’s close to restaurants and convenience stores and all the tourist attractions in Galway. Also close to the train and bus stations.

The pros: location and the staff were excellent. Cons: The water pressure in the shower so low I can’t even come up with a g-rated description that captures it. I really don’t know how they kept it so low - while still having something come out. And what came out was cold. There was not hot water at all. The good news - it was the hottest day in Galway and the room was as hot as outside (no a/c) but thankfully - I could sit in front of the provided fan after my freezing dribbley shower and cool off.

A good, central place for Galway, easy to get to from the bus and train stations. Everything was fine but the room was quite small especially the bathroom.

Super friendly staff My room seemed dusty It’s was hot which wasn’t too bad if the window was open but if the window is open you hear everything outside and you can’t close the shade.

This accommodation was wonderful and the room, although simple, provided everything that should be expected for an off-season dorm room. Note though, that basic kitchen amenities (ie, hot water, cups, etc.) are not provided

Very basic room, good to spend the night on a business trip, too bad I could not sleep well for all the cars noises from the street below. It’s way too expensive for what it offers.

Ali was amazing! The place is a basic bed and bath no frills, but Ali was an absolute gem.

Very clean, up to date, private room with private bath and QUIET! The location couldn’t have been more convenient - 50 meters from the bus station. Highly recommend for solo travelers. <100 Euros/night is great deal and better than a hostel.

This could not be in a better location. A couple minutes walk to the train station or bus station, several cafes and restaurants walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the tourist area (Spanish arch, Galway Bay, Latin quarter) it was extremely safe as we had to use our key card four times to get into our room which we appreciated. It was extremely quiet as we were on the back side. There was a shared kitchen which was great for the fridge. Our room had plenty of storage with two closets and full bookshelves. The bed was way more comfortable than I was expecting. They provided a fan as we were there during Ireland's random heatwave so we appreciated that touch. The room was clean however the floors were kind of sticky but that didn't bother us as we always wear flip-flops anyways. Would definitely stay here again for how quiet and safe and convenient it was.
