Interesting place to stay. Felt young again being in student housing. Very comfortable common area to sit downstairs. Perfect for singles. In the unit my cousin and I had, the doors to the bedrooms were fire doors so automatically closed and locked. (I did end up, locking myself out.)

Excellent location right next to the bus station and 2 minutes from train station. Area felt safe and easy and short walk to main part of town. Room spacious enough with plenty of room for storage. Bathroom large and updated. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that having a TV in the room would have been nice.

Let's be real, this isn't a hotel; it's student accommodations they rent out. Which is fine, but definitely far from a hotel feeling. We put the sign on our door every day requesting a cleaning, and never got one. The two-person bed is tiny and hard. Just pay a little more and get a real hotel.

When we arrived, there was a strong unpleasant smell because the rubbish in the kitchen had not been taken out. We also discovered skid marks left by previous guests in the toilet. After reporting these issues to the concierge, a cleaner was sent to address the problem. The property is very misleading compared to the photos advertised. In reality, it feels more like a repurposed office block than a serviced apartment. We booked a twin room but were not informed that the accommodation appeared to be subdivided student style housing, requiring a swipe card to access individual rooms. I was travelling with my elderly mother, and she was particularly disappointed that basic refreshments such as tea, coffee, and milk were not provided. There were several maintenance issues during our stay. The television did not work, the bathroom light was broken, and only limited toiletries were supplied for two people. The bathroom extractor fan ran constantly, even when the only functioning light was switched off. The shower was adequate, but the hot water supply was inconsistent and often not sufficiently warm. Given the extremely high price we paid, the overall standard of the accommodation was very disappointing. In addition, the rooms were not serviced during our stay. Overall, the property did not match the expectations set by its description and photographs, and we do not believe it represented good value for money.

Tiny cramped noisy room. Lacked any amenities. Bed wedged against wall. No tv no tea no coffee and as noisy as a jet. Absolutely ruined our time in Galway. Hotel generally hot and stuffy. Strictly for 20 year old.

It is a student housing/cheap hotel so you do get what you pay for. It is very simple and bare bone. The room and duvet are quite warm and there is no cooling aircon, so do watch out for that. I will say that the staff are super nice and helpful. Our shower was draining super slow and we only told them the 2nd last night of the stay. They offer to switch our room, which we did not bother as it was smaller and we only had couple more night. Regardless, hey sent someone to fix it the next day. Overall, I would stay there again, as I am not a luxury traveler and it met my needs.

This was a hostel type “hotel” with no daily room cleaning. Rooms are smaller than pictured. Floor very dirty and shower was small with light water pressure and mildew. Location is great and they provide a fan for warm nights. Our room was quiet, faced away from main road. Staff helpful with extra towels and pillows

The hotel is in a great location. Minutes from the bus station, minutes to the square a few more minutes to the Latin Quarter and all kinds of great shops. The rooms are nice but a comfortable chair would have made them great. The shared amenities are great. They have a book exchange so bring an extra book to leave behind if you’re able to.

Close to train station and center of the city. The company uses this dorm building as a hotel for only about 2 months in summer. Room/shower not clean. We had a bag disappeared in the room while we were gone during day. All doors were fire doors that shut hard (no chance we forgot to lock the door). Cameras are at the end of hallway (no camera outside of our room door), they said they didn't see anything stolen on camera and asked us to check our luggage, but my daughter and I each had a carry on, a bag and a purse, not a lot of luggage/space that the bag could be hidden in luggage.

Hot room with no reprieve. People staying around us were incredibly loud but because of thin walls. No sheets on bed. Clear effort to reel in money from tourist while school is out of session. Would never in a million years stay here again. Felt like a one star motel but paid for so much more. Do not stay here

This is a horrid hotel. Its decor reminded me of an industrial park. My room had no air conditioning and a huge window that wouldn't open and took direct sunlight. There was a kitchen with things like a cork board and a white boad which were completely useless. I don't know who planned this but it wasn't for the vacation traveller.

Despite having booked and paid in advance online with Hotels.com, when i arrived at the property i was told it was not paid and my creditcard was charged again by a Ukrainian gentleman at reception. I queried this and said i did not want to pay twice. I was assured all was in order. On getting home i checked my cc statement and found i had indeed been charged twice. I messaged the property but got no reply.
