The staff are very friendly and we had a good stay, the rooms and toilet were clean, the swimming pool was clean, and the guards were very assisting in the parking space. Overall, superb!

This hotel is very suitable for those who seek treatment at Island Hospital because it is very close, just walking, pleasant service, clean place, also not far if you want to go to the mall.

Fantastic experience, smooth check-in/out... Can't complain more for the rate I am paying. Parking can be a hassle, but the staff at the parking area are ever ready to offer help.

This is my favorite place, I will for sure stay here every time I come to Penang. The location is near New Lane street market, several options of minimarkets, dim sum place, pharmacies, and durians. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and all amenities are provided. They have service for those who are coming to Penang for medications, they provide free shuttle from and to several hospitals, and allow early check-in or late check-out if you still need time to complete your visit with your doctors.

Hakim was very helpful recommending places to buy things and where to eat. The housekeeping boys were prompt and helpful in meeting all our needs. Wonderful location with many places to eat. Enjoyed the short stay.

The location is very strategic, across from Loh Guan Lye Hospital and also close to Island Hospital. The apartment we rented yesterday was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. It was always cleaned and tidy every day. If I return for a checkup with the doctor, I'll definitely stay at One Pacific again 😊
