It's very close to Island Hospital, just a few minutes' walk away, making it very convenient for appointments or hospital visits. The room was clean, comfortable, and just the right size. Basic amenities were complete, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the atmosphere was peaceful—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel staff was also friendly and helpful, check-in was quick, and all requests were promptly addressed. Overall, this hotel is a great choice if you need comfortable accommodations near Island Hospital. Recommended!

This is my favorite place, I will for sure stay here every time I come to Penang. The location is near New Lane street market, several options of minimarkets, dim sum place, pharmacies, and durians. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and all amenities are provided. They have service for those who are coming to Penang for medications, they provide free shuttle from and to several hospitals, and allow early check-in or late check-out if you still need time to complete your visit with your doctors.
