Strategic hotel close to the city, friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, soft king size bed makes it comfortable, get lots of complimentary too :) Very suitable for a staycation with family, very family friendly. For parking is only for 2-3 cars but you can get valet from the staff, very helpful.

The Capital Residence Suites
Hotel location is excellent! Nearby everything I want to see. You can just walk around by yourself. They even provide free shuttle from/to airport for free and go an extra length by giving free shuttle to show you around Brunei! Staff services was the greatest, especially Boy! He is the sweetest driver with top-notch friendliness. The enthusiasm & positive energy really give us a pleasant experience in Brunei. You could see his passion and love of his job. The greatest person. Would definitely stay here again if I come back ๐๐ป.

The Brunei Hotel
The location is great!
The amenities are different from those at foreign hotels, so you will need to bring your own.
The breakfast buffet doesn't have a wide selection, but I liked that it changes every day.

Iโm very thankful for the hotelโs free airport pick-up service. I had some issues at the airport, but the hotel kindly arranged the transfer twice for me. The room was clean and serviced daily. The location is perfect โ easy to walk to the main attractions in the city center. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely 10/10! Iโll recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Brunei. ๐๐
