When my order of white rice arrived late, the chef immediately came over to apologize, even though it wasn't that late. Furthermore, since we were checking out that day, the chef offered me some bread for our travel supplies, along with drinks and iced coffee. 5-star service, an exceptionally good hotel and service.

I recently stayed at Prime Biz Kuta for 3 nights (that was my 2nd time there) and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast—delicious and varied. The rooftop area is nice, great spot to enjoy the views. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Kuta. The service was friendly, the room was cozy, and everything was just as expected.

It was a great hotel. We booked 3 rooms to celebrate new year. We get the best spot to enjoy fireworks from our balcony. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The parking guard are super kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

Super family friendly.. Nice resort. We were 2A 1 kid 9 years old, the room was a large suite with a deluxe price. There is a kids club, you can look after the kids, my son can play PS4, really enjoyed it.. The beach club hotel is just across, the food is delicious and the location is strategic in Tanjung Benoa, right and left you can play watersports. We really enjoyed it. The spa at the hotel is really cool, the therapists are good, the room is comfortable and clean.

The best experience staying here, all the hotel facilities are complete, very suitable for a stayedcation with family, very kids friendly, children can swim as much as they want in the swimming pool and also go straight to the beach because the beach is right behind the hotel. the only disappointing thing about staying here was that it was only 1 night. what a beautiful space. on a noisy main road, but an absolute oasis of calm. Staff are delightful, room is super, Food is very good, even though I was not feeling well enough to eat properly and the pool looked lovely, but I was too unwell to avail of it. If I'm ever back this way I would not dream of staying anywhere else. Superb..
