The hotel staff is helpful and fast. The reply was friendly and when we flushed the toilet in our room there was a problem and we were immediately helped to resolve it. The first impression when I entered the room was "wow! So cute!" because for the price of 500 there is already a smart TV, bathtub, wifi (although not good enough, but ok), water heater, you can even request flower decorations for the bed and bathtub. Cleanliness is okay, very comfortable, beautiful, and most suitable for those looking for peace on a low budget. The sound of the wind chimes calms the polls. Lots of plants, birds chirping in the morning, koi fish being fed. And what's more amazing is that the restaurant menu prices are really pocket friendly😭 I tried 2 menus and they were all delicious, nothing disappointed. Next, hopefully the villa buildings can be reproduced, they will be more exposed and known to Jember residents, so that there will be more visitors. The thing is, I just found a hotel in Jember that is as comfortable, beautiful and aesthetic as this, if I have the luck and free time I will definitely come back. Because the experience of staying overnight did not disappoint. Feels like you are at home, not in a hotel. And of course this area is family and kids friendly

This was my first time staying at Java Lotus Hotel in Jember, and overall, it made a strong impression. I would consider it the second-best hotel in Jember, right after Hotel Aston.
The location is very strategic—right in the city center and within walking distance of many points of interest, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good amenities and hygiene standards. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying.
The rooftop swimming pool is a highlight, offering a great view of the city of Jember.
The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was not very reliable. It frequently disconnected, making it a bit challenging to work online.
That said, I would still recommend Java Lotus Hotel as a solid option for both business and leisure travelers in Jember.

In my opinion, this hotel is clean, has beautiful rooms, is family-friendly, and is well worth the price. I found the breakfast to be excellent, with excellent service and a wide variety.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and each room had a window, so it wasn't stuffy. All the electronics were working, including cable TV, a cold AC, a bathroom fan, and a water heater. The breakfast was delicious, enough to fill your stomach, especially the fried bananas, which were delicious, crispy, and sweet. It was simply amazing.

The atmosphere is quite pleasant and the swimming pool is nice, making the children happy so they feel at home swimming and want to stay longer at this hotel. The room is quite large so you can sleep well and the bathtub is big so it is nice to soak in, the hotel atmosphere is calm and cool, comfortable for resting.
